Pensiunea Eclipse — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

interior furnishings and finish very cheap, as compared to the exterior. it definitely looks like they ran out of the budgeted money because they paid a huge amount to the architect who designed the outside of the building, that looks nice and modern, but the interior is a joke, both in terms of aesthetics and materials used, for instance the stairs, bathrooms etc.||||a pool paved with yellow and orange slates? who actually concluded this was to be a good idea?! it looks like it's rusty the whole damn time and extremely unappealing.||||the breakfast is ok. there is no restaurant or bar.||||there was no soap at the sink area to wash one's hands. you would think 3-star guesthouses or hotels do have that included in their service. some strange fir-trees for perfuming one's car are to be found in the wardrobe.||||they need to do something about the mosquitoes the size of a house key and the other insects that won't even allow you to turn the lights outside. it's like in a horror movie - some hundreds of bugs preventing you to even exist on the premises of this spot, on the outside. you can buy cheap mosquito repelling torches from big chain stores and you'll have plenty of light outside and, guess what, no mosquitoes. but thinking about this means, of course, you need to care about customer experience :)).||||definitely not worth the money, i.e. 259 lei that included accomodation for one night and three 0.5 l bottles of water (because they don't have bigger bottles of water and neither do they have any snacks or anything else to eat, although the spot is in the middle of the field).||||get...

Made a reservation there for one week. After two days we gave up and went away.|At max 15 meters, to the lake shore a railway passes. You can not see it in pictures, but it is there... We had the pleasure to see a freight train stopped there, full of Army vehicles, starting and probing their motors, preparing to descend the train. And the military personnel shouting, cursing, honking for almost four hours. In the afternoon... My son's napping time...|Owners? A very nice and young family, with an @2 years old daughter. We had rooms at ground level... And we have an 3 years old son. Playing just outside the room. From time to time daughter was following our son who was coming inside the room... Followed by her mother... Inside the rooms. No knocking, no asking if we, inside are decent and she can come. Noooo nothing...|We gave up, packed our bags, moved to Vama Veche...|Breakfast very good. Some warm treats every morning.|Building new and well build. Some issues with bad smell in bathrooms.|Pool, unfinished, an hazard. Smelly water and very bad work at tiles. Curious if they manage...

Am fost cazat la aceasta pensiune o noape in luna august.Comentariul meu a fost postat pe siteul unde am facut rezervarea in care am reclamat, printre altele 2 lucruri : faptul ca micul dejun de dimineata era complet rece la ora 9 si ca toate camerele de la parter au deshidere pe terasa unde stau toti clientii, fiind necesar sa tragi draperiile pentru a avea intimitate.Nota acordata de mine a fost 6,3 ceea ce mi s-a parut adecvat.Ei bine, astazi am observat ce comentariu mi-a fost lasat de catre "domnul" ce are pensiunea in grija... Pe langa tonul zeflemitor, am fost facut "traseist care a vine pentru bum-bum", pentru ca am stat doar o ora treaz (ora de check out fiind 10, din nesimtire am ales sa plec chiar la aceasta ora), mi s-a spus ca am wc-ul in fundul curtii si ca data viitoare o sa mi se ceara 150 de euro ca sa mi se poata oferi icre de manciuria (de care mi s-a spus ca sigur nu stiu ce sunt "alea")."Domnule " patron, va faceti singur un deserviciu prin comentariul abject pe care l-ati postat.Lumea se fereste de mahalagii,asa ca doar o sa pierdeti clienti, nu o sa ii castigati prin "faptul ca mi-ati aratat mie cum sta treaba".In viata mea nu mi-a fost dat un raspuns atat de tendentios pentru unul atat de neutru.Motivul pentru care am mentionat ca aveti apa cald suficienta si presiune buna a fost...pentru ca erau singurele aspecte bune ale cazarii.Si da v-am lasat si un comentariu pozitiv, nu v-am dat 2 si v-am injurat, in stilul raspunsului "dumneavoastra".In "ora in care am stat treaz"...pana si clientii "fideli" care au coborat la micul dejun au exclamat retoric... "Iar cremvursti? Altceva nou nu aveti? ".Ei da, iar cremvursti si toti reci.Merg bine cu cafea la filtru rece bocna.Eu v-am lasat un comentariu in ideea de a imbunatati ceva.Si la cel mai obosit hotel se ofera un suc de portocale de dimineata.Vad ca m-ati luat peste picior legat de asta, zicand ca niciodata!
