We have been yesterday for a party and accommodation included. The room was large, clean with new and white furniture. The bad was very comfortable and slept like a baby. Is nice and quiet and the view from the balcony to green forest is very relaxing. The party was on the covered terase and children enjoyed a lot the big and nicely arrange garden. The food was Romanian style, a lot of meet, but good. We had free parking on street, that is with concrete and entrance barier opened by owners by phone. We booked this as it was the closest to the venue that was holding a friend's wedding. We checked in around midday and left our bags then quickly went to the wedding. We came back after midnight and that is when we started seeing the issues.||||Dust and cobwebs, yellow/brown stains in the toilet, partly working toilet flush, no window or ventilation in the bathroom, overused/smelly linen, a very dirty shower that did not look like it has been cleaned in a while so we could not shower. ||||Good thing we did not use the shower though as our friends next door did use theirs and the water smelled like a puddle. ||||Overall a disgusting experience. Siamo arrivati la sera verso le 23, dopo richiesta specifica di check-in a quell’ora e dove mi era stato risposto che non c’erano problemi; premetto che il parcheggio gratuito tanto pubblicizzato è lungo la strada di ghiaia di fronte all’albergo.|Entriamo e ci sono tutte le luci spente e nessuno all’orizzonte... chiamo il numero della struttura e mi risponde la padrona con voce chiaramente assonnata (stava dormendo), le dico il nome e mi dice che non ha prenotazioni a mio nome (aveva risposto alla mia richiesta di check-in la sera tardi...) ma che comunque la stanza c’era e, per telefono, mi ha dato le istruzioni per prendere la chiave e andare nella camera. Mi dice inoltre che ci saremmo visti la mattina dopo per la colazione.|Saliamo e la camera è piccolina e sporca, con parecchie cose rotte (il vetro della doccia, lo stipite della porta...); il cassetto del mobile del bagno era pieno di capelli e i cuscini puzzavano di testa sporca.|La mattina scendiamo alle ore 8 per la colazione... sala deserta... ci arrangiamo noi con quel poco che c’era, aprendo il frigo e trovando delle marmellate, poi ci siamo fatti una tisana e del pane tostato... stoviglie luride e sala molto sporca.|Torniamo di sopra per prendere le valigie e quando scendiamo, alle 8.30, erano arrivati i padroni che ci chiedono se vogliamo fare colazione! Quando gli ho risposto che avevamo già fatto non ci credevano... certo se avessimo dovuto aspettare loro...|Unica cosa...
