Hotel Emma Est — Hotel in Craiova Metropolitan Area

The hotel is very well located ( main street of Craiova , in front of the city mall). There is parking available just in front of the hotel. Rooms and the entire hotel is very clean. Breakfast is very good and if you want to serve the dinner they have a restaurant with good food inside of the hotel. I've paid 190 Ron (45 euros) for one night. There is wifi available in the whole hotel. The staff is very supportive. If you want to visit the city Centre, just ask from the reception for a taxi and in 5 minutes with 2.5 euros...

The hotel feels really old. As soon as you enter the reception you can feel that the management did not bother with modernizing anything. The rooms are very old. The bathroom had no ventilation and the ceiling paint was cracking and almost falling. The bed was flimsy, feeling like it would fall on its sides at any time and the room had a bad smell that appeared every time you turned off the air...

Had a first room with window problem(you can hear everything from outside and the wind was blowing in) and there was so cold inside(even an eletric radiator was in the room) 👎🏻, when i went to the reception to change the room the guy excuse himself for that problem and gave me another room immediatly. Very kind personal in the entire hotel(even in the restaurant). Big up for you!...
