Plus Hotel — Hotel in Craiova Metropolitan Area

I booked this hotel because all the hotels offered by conference organizers were fully booked. But it was really a very good experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel and room was clean, comfortable and quite. The staff was very efficient and helpful. I would especially mention the receptionist and manager, two Daniellas... who were at their best to welcome guests. They gave me a free map of the town and also suggested the locations for sight seeing. I was very sick at the last day of my stay and the manager offered me a free drive to the train station as well as helped to buy the train ticket to Bucharest as I needed to take my flight from there. She also asked the driver to buy me the medicine from pharmacy , that he did and I felt really nice about her thoughtulness. I would really recommend this hotel for everyone. One draw back is that it is little far from the centre but this is not the big problem as taxi is quite cheap (only around 2 euro ) from hotel to the centre. ||All the best Plus hotel and whenever i will visit Craiova again , you...

Not a very pleasant experience. We had spider web in our hair when entering the room. There was a smell coming from the bathroom. Pretty old furniture and TV. Had to work a little to manage and close the shower door. We had a balcony and that was the best part (except the fact that on the balcony were 4 empty beer bottles). Not a good value for money. On the bright side they have a spa (which unfortunately we didn't get the chance to enjoy), the check-in went smooth, the staff was very nice and the beds were ok. Thanks to the very polite and helpful staff I gave them 3*. Breakfast was good also. Not very likely to come...

Everything according to the official description of the hotel website. Not luxurious but good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet nice breakfast compared to the hotel star rate. A big like for the minibar content once arriving late and want to get asleep quickly.|Missings:the night receptionist speeks only romanian but he was friendly at least. No way to dine at place a restaurant must be found by taxi,and it is working well by the local...
