Unfortunately, there is a complete lack of respect for the customer from the manager to the waiters. The first hangs up your phone and the chambermaids with an authoritative tone kick you out of the room even though there was still time until check-out. My recommendation: better somewhere else. I paid 8 rooms for one night plus 5 for two nights. Dissatisfied with the payment of an advance of over 70%, but when I asked for a contract for services... they pretended they didn't understand what that was. The initial breakfast included (it's true, everything was verbal and not written) was paid at the end, although the price paid for the room was the one shown with breakfast included. Thus, the refusal to sign a contract was confirmed. Typical Romanian business in the field of tourism without a bit of respect for the customer. Too bad the location is quite beautiful... The rooms:

Very clean, spacious, big bed No air conditioning (too hot in the room, during summer), the shower cabin was leaking, thin walls-could hear all the noises.

Service: Food came fast, beers even faster; Waiter wasn't paying attention that we wanted to order; they charged us one extra beer, se we didn't tip him; lady in the counter was angry that we entered the building dressed in working clothes 😒.

Location:

Not great, not terrible. It's located near a busy national road so it's very noisy.
