The location and views are absolutely gorgeous, unfortunately they get tainted by some of the staff's attitude. We visited on the 16th of September around 18.00-19.00 hrs for a nice meal out with friends and family. The waitress on site, whom I also understand has a vast experience in the hospitality industry, was disgruntled that we were too many (11 adults and 6 children) and, although enough space on the restaurant's terrace, it wasn't enough for us (in the end she did manage to accommodate us). Half an hour into our visit we were told to keep the children quiet (3 of whom under the age of 2, other 2 around the age of 3 and 4 and a 8 year old) as she had people staying overnight at the B&B and it appears the children were too loud (unsure if they do cater to families with children if they are seen as noisy) and 10-15 minutes later were told to decide what we were going to eat because she will close the kitchen at 22.30hrs. Unfortunately, all through our visit (which we had to cut short due to feeling unwelcome) the waitress was being rude, abrupt, loud/shouty (shouting at us from the entrance to decide what we are going to eat because she also had guests staying that will want to eat and the kitchen staff won't wait for us), constantly telling us what we were NOT allowed to do and generally making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This was later flagged with the management of Mos Opinca, unfortunately it appears that the management encourages this behaviour and also praises it, reviews left on Google and Facebook have also...
Read moreThe hotel left a generally positive impression. It’s situated in a picturesque location, offering beautiful views that make your stay feel special. The interiors are cozy and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs, which added to the pleasant experience. Another bonus is the availability of parking, which made traveling to and from the hotel much more convenient. Breakfasts were decent, with a variety of options to choose from - nothing overly fancy, but definitely enough to start your day on a good note. The only significant downside was the difficulty of carrying luggage to the third floor. The staircase is quite narrow, and with no elevator available, it turned out to be a real challenge. For guests with heavy bags or mobility issues, this could be a problem. Providing some assistance for luggage or considering a lift in the future would make the experience much more comfortable. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those looking for a cozy and peaceful stay, especially if you don’t mind the lack of...
Read moreExcept the rooms that looks like the one in pictures, the rest is awful. I would never recomand to somebody to stay there. There is no harder, only mod pits and trash. No kids area and the place looks sad. A part of the place is not even maintain, just an old building. The kitchen is in an appendix build near the building. The food is terrible and what I mean by this is that they don't even know how to use spice. The stuff told us that they cannot do anything because it is they job in the game. We booked 3 rooms and I didn't left because it was my kid birthday but during the day we were out all the time. I don't recomand for family with kids so r if you want to stay outside the room. Don't trust me? You can see the pictures that I attached. And I understood why they don't have pictures with the surroundings. PS most of the features are only in the pictures like bikes, place for kids, fireplace and many more. And you need to pay after each meal, you cannot pay...
