Pensiunea La Bella Vista — Hotel in Dorna Candrenilor

The area is beautiful, but at about 300m near the guesthouse there is a mineral water factory. Queue of trucks with engines running is very high, about 30-50 trucks. Staff is not friendly at all, rooms are unkempt and dirty. The staff cleans the room and replace the lingerie 1 time a week and if needed more often you'll need to pray for them and swallow all kinds of comments and bad attitudes from the stuff. The toilet paper is a problem too, because they don't replace it in time, and you should ask for it to the person who brings food at your table (not so hygienic). We woke up with the director in our room at 23.00, he thought that we leaved and he wanted to check. Hot water is not too hot and comes with sand and mud. There is no dedicated reception staff, and that's why the reception is closed after 22.00, so if you arrive after this time you can not enter the hostel, which is dark inside. The food is OK, but the staff is not friendly and tries to steal at your bill. More important than anything you should know that in the yard, about 5 m from the guesthouse there is a site, which the director will not say anything at booking site, andchainsaws, hammers,and other noises will start at 6.30 - 7.00 am, including Saturday and Sunday. I tried to explain that we are in our holidays and asked the guesthouse boss to tell them to start at a reasonable hour, 9.00. The answer was a total challenge, and the next day the noise at our window (open because it was august night) was higher and started earlier. I do not recommend ! Note -...

Upon arriving pretty late in the evening (9 pm), we were warmly greeted by the staff with big smiles and a warm dinner. I cannot even begin to describe all the wonders of the place as well as the comfort. My husband and I have started this trip with a wonderful weekend about 60 km from Bacau, slowly making our way northward towards this absolutely wonderful land in the north of Romania. ||So here goes: the lodge is a very modern one surrounded by nature (hills and valleys) and all the wonders of beautiful Romania. ||We are housed in a big room, an immense comfortable king size bed with balcony looking out to the landscape that just enchants the eye and soul. Just an amazing pleasure to sit outside and enjoy a morning coffee. ||Breakfast is beyond expectations and the coffee.... ohh... the coffee with the view is just marvelous. ||The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed, the peacefulness of the surroundings just makes this place the most relaxing holiday ever!!!||I warmly recommend it to anyone who wishes to escape the fast paced world and to retrieve into an astonishing and incredible wonderland. ||This is definitely a must-see and come-back for everyone as well as ourselves! :)...

We wanted a 2 nights stay but ended staying 4. It's one of the places I would always choose to enjoy and refill my energy. Quiet and beautiful, like a fairy tale. When we arrived, there was a room available at the top floor, near the attic. The receptionist immediately (and without asking for another room) checked all the confirmation for reservation rooms and offered us a room at the 1st floor (someone didn't confirmed the reservation). One evening (as we traveled by motorcycle this time) we were late, arriving at the hotel near the closing time.
