Casa Zmeilor Pensiune-Restaurant — Hotel in Drăguș

One word to rule them all : unprofessional. ||After a long road we arrived at the property to find out that instead of a double room, like we reserved, we were offered a triple room. We always use a filter for properties with balcony as we like to sit and relax on the balcony while avoiding the loudness the restaurants offer during the evening. The property appeared as having rooms with balconies, but in fact only 2 or 3 rooms possessed such a feature, although on the website they appeared as having. After discussing with the owner, whom told us in a passive-aggressive voice that it was our fault for not calling prior to our arrival and asking for something which is advertised on the website and that Booking.com takes 15% of the price we pay, our room got changed to one that had a balcony. However, the balcony was a kinder surprise as it came with a hornets’ nest. Although we got insurance that this situation will be solved, nothing happened in regards to this. Not to mention the view towards the trash place. ||As a well deserved bonus to all this, given the current pandemic state, nobody really bothered to wear face masks or to respect the legislation in Romania regarding serving indoors. ||P.S. : the owner also told us that if we don’t like it, we’ll just write 1 star review and he won’t care about this. From location to food, lodging, service, prices and quality, everything is perfect! ||I have been here for almost 4 weeks and I have to tell you that these guys rock! They are amazing! ||Service is top top top! They would do pretty much anything you ask for and always with a nice smile on their faces! ||Food? I am vegetarian and I have to tell you that diversity and quality delicious food are on the list! I also asked my friends who eat meat and they are also super satisfied with the menu and the meals they serve here. Fresh and super tasty!||You can also go fishing in the lake they have and get your own fresh trout that you can eat right away! Or just ask them to do that for you! Have it your way!||Prices are reasonable and you can always get fresh tap water ( from the mountain ) for free!||Lodging is pure joy. Almost everything is made of wood and it gives you that cozy feeling you always have when entering a warm place. ||Location?
