STEIN Collection is by far the best option for a stopover of one night or even two for any trip that passes through the Banat of Romania (Timisoara area).||Two months have passed since I had one of the most pleasant experiences related to the hospitality industry in Romania. Coming from Nuremberg and having Bucharest as our destination, we proposed to stop in Arad or Timisoara in the evening of that day which was fast approaching due to the slow traffic and the endless queue at the border with Romania. On the recommendation of a friend, I called the hotel, which we were to find out on arrival is right at the entrance to Timisoara, asking the young lady at the hotel reception to book for us two rooms and asking if there was any possibility to have a simple dinner date being the estimated time of arrival (00:30 AM). The fact that we were waited on by the young lady at the reception, whose name I later found out was Diana, who prepared our diner in the hotel restaurant at that very late hours and had the patience to serve us with everything that was available considering the circumstances, was a proof that there are people who have a natural vocation to work in the hospitality industry. The perfect cleanliness, the huge and above all safe parking, the interior garden carefully tended by the gardener since the early hours of the morning, the modern design line of the rooms as well the wonderful breakfast made parting and hitting the road more difficult than ever. Read moreI stayed here 4 days but I had the worst experience on the last day.||||I had asked for a late check out the night before which was granted .||||Next day I was asked if I’m checking out and I said yes , I need 25 mins . After 30 mins there was banging at my door of my room, I was in the shower , then 5 mins later louder banging on the door.||The guy on the other end said “u have 5 mins to get out or he will call security and throw you out”||||I was shocked by this !||||When I went to reception an arrogant desk manager called Vacila started arguing with me .||||This vacila was rude arrogant and a disgraceful human!||||This is how guest are treated here !!||||He is a classic case of sugar on his lips and venom in his heart!!||||He has ruined the reputation of this hotel.||||I have never been treated so bad in all my international travels !!!||||I will be taking this further!!||||I will be adding photos of this phedo and showing obscurity...

Inca de la check in(03.06 ora 19) am fost intampinat de o doamna de la receptie care nu a stiut macar sa zambeasca,sa intampine clientul asa cum se cuvine,din contra,dupa un drum de 6:30 h,cu bagajele la receptie si cu copilul obosit si lihnit de foame,ni s-a cerut sa platim,fara ca macar sa vedem camera.Ok,am trecut peste cele 2 parti negative,lipsa de emaptie fata de clienti si faptul ca mi s-a cerut sa platesc imediat la check in,achit camera si urc la etaj cam 106..In loc de pat matrimonial surpriza mea a fost sa am 2 paturi twin…noi fiind o familie cu 1 copil 7 ani.Am zis ca asta este,ghinionul nostru.Dupa drum ne am schimbat aranjat si am intrebat o pe doamna de la receptie cum de am primit asa camera mai ales ca am comunicat pe mail si solicitarile mele au fost clare?Iar am fost intampinat de acceasi lipsa de preocupare si respect fata de client…dand din umeri,in loc sa gaseasca o solutie si sa ne ofere macar scuze sau schimbarea camerei..Ne am dat seama ca totul este rece in acel hotel. Nu mare mirare ne-a fost,ca pe intreaga perioada petrecuta in hotel sa ne dam seama in zilele urmatoare ca tot personalul este deosebit de cald si primitor.Am inceput in a o cunoaste in ziua ulterioara(04.06) pe dna Camelia(sper ca am retinut bine) de nota 10!Se vede ca are experienta in domeniu si ne a intampinat la fiecare intrare si iesire cu un zambet larg,cat 1000 de cuvinte.In urma discutiei cu dansa explicandu-i situatia de la check in si-a cerut scuze spunand ca ne schimba imediat camera,insa nu am mai dorit acest lucru,am apreciat totusi daruinta cu care a incercat sa medieze aceasta situatie.Aveam sa constatam ca tot personalul,de la receptie pana la barman,chelneri,ospatari sunt persoane primitoare si zambitoare ce pun suflet si pasiune in tot ceea ce fac. Tot hotelul este superb utilat si amenajat,camere primitoare dotate cu espressor de cafea sau ceai,curatenie exemplara,am avut parte de o priveliste frumoasa catre curtea interioara de unde puteam auzi fantana curgatoare. Restaurantul merita toate aprecierile,am apreciat si faptul ca in cele 2 seri a fost un dj ce avea grija de confortul celor ce serveau masa. Chiar mi-ar fi parut rau sa acord un calificativ negativ din cauza unei singure persoane ce a afisat o atitudine ostila si rece fata de turist si sa sterg cu buretele toata munca si daruirea celorlalti,investitia dintr-un astfel de hotel. Recomand din toata inima acest hotel de 4*+,este alegerea ideala pentru cei ce viziteaza/tranziteaza Timisoara,fiind amplasat foarte aproape de oras insa cel mai mare avantaj este zona foarte linistita,departe de agitatia si zgomotul infernal...
