La Amadeus&Monica — Hotel in Ghioroc

The place is a special one, 300 years old building with antique furniture and decorations. We arrived later than anticipated and were warmly welcomed by the lady. We were shown around and received wine and water as welcome drinks. The room is large and has a view towards sunset, all kinds of objects inside. The flowers in the courtyard smelled incredible. The room was clean and had all required utilities. The breakfast was fantastic, great quality products, large diversity and big portions. The price was very good for the location and breakfast included. There is a long tradition in accommodation here, they have a diploma since 2003 and they seem to do a great job. Only downside : for us city people, it was a bit chilly during the night in the room (18 degrees?), but the traditional blankets were very efficient for the parts covered and overall...

I have been visiting here since last year. This year, I had a special experience here with my wife and my precious friends. Of course, thanks to Amadeus and Monica. This family has become my friends. The food is really great, and the smiles and kindness bring peace. The house offers a comfortable rest to travelers. The space reflects their lifestyle and happy life.
