Hotel & Restaurant Trio — Hotel in Giroc

While Trio is classified at two stars, it feels like a three-star location, What is amazing is the excellent price/quality ratio. The food is amazing for the price charged: the "menu du jour" costs 15 lei (about 3.5 euros) and it includes a soup, the main course, the desert, and water. The owner and staff are very friendly. I recommend it especially to the travellers who have their own car: it makes more sense to stay at this inexpensive yet confortable location and travel to the city centre rather than stay in the center and pay a lot of money. One of the worst hotel l ever been.First of all, the rooms are disgusting, the floor is full of dust. Under the beds : full of dust! The walls of our bedroom was full of stains! My friend found a shell of the bug under her bed.. beds are tiny and there is real curtains, l don't even want to talk about the shower ...! and the food is disgusting ! They didn't have enough room for us so tell told us we could have the last room for the price of a double, they made us paid 580 lei!!!! for this trash room and food. NEVER AGAIN !!...

The room had a strong smell of cigarettes and was quite dirty. Also the hotel has a conference hall which they use for weddings and from where the music cand be heard very loud through the entire hotel making it impossible to sleep untill 5 am when the wedding ended. The lobby personel was bored and unpolite each day out of the two I stayed there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Look elsewhere for a decent stay...
