Pensiunea Margo - Cazare Bacau, Hemeiusi, Salon nunti, Restaurant — Hotel in Hemeiuș

The Hotel is situated outside Bacau in a quiet place, however, the owner organised wedding parties in the restaurant every weekend and the noise was insupportable. They don’t care about the guests in the hotel and won’t do anything to accommodate their needs. The weeding is the first priority for the owner and won’t tell you in advance if a weeding is taking place that weekend. Furthermore, is that type of owner that will try to still from you. They charge us more per room than what was advertised on their website and they have forced us to pay everything in advance. Also the hot water on the shower is a luxury and you will get it just if you are lucky. When we asked the owner about this he said that everybody is taking a shower at the same time and that is why there isn’t enough hot water, however at midnight we were still showering with cold water and I don’t believe everybody was showering at that time. We stayed there for 3 nights because we didn't have any other options but I strongly advice not to use this place if you plan to visit Romania, it will ruin...

Welcoming hosts but busy with a wedding, forgot to give us food and let us hunger for 2 3 hours, the rooms had no AC and at 40degrees, your only way of coping is to made a coolshower, and the water is freezing. It is ok if you do know overdo it. We requested a 3 person room or what they have and they gave us a big room with a double bed and a couch. Couch was unsleepable and they did not tell us that but they got us a second room at a discount. Thank god they had one free, they were so busy and so understaffed and so full.... but all in all, it was ok, very clean, nice staff in general, etc. Maybe i need to emphasize... VERY CLEAN. Am ajuns la pensiunea Margo într-o zi de marți, 22 august 2023. Așa cum a menționat și SIMONA AFRENTOAE mai sus, piscina era murdară rău de tot. Domnule proprietar, piscina nu era murdară de la cremele solare ale oamenilor, întrucât noi am ajuns la dvs la ora 10.00. Piscina era jegoasă, plină de insecte moarte și mirosea a urină. La 10 dimineața!!! Nu a fost curățată, darămite igienizată. Alt aspect: ospătărița cea tânără și frumoasă poate era în prima ei zi, dar nouă ne-a luat comanda doamna aceea în vârstă (am înțeles că e chiar proprietara) care habar nu avea ce conținea meniul. Am cerut o foccacia și ne-a adus un coș cu pâine tare ca piatra pe care ulterior ne-o pusese pe nota de plată fără ca noi să cerem așa ceva. Am întrebat dacă au ciorbă de burtă și ni s-a răspuns : " să vedem dacă mai e de sâmbătă." Domnule proprietar????? Era marți. Cum ciorbă de sâmbătă??? În fine, și multe altele. Mizerie peste tot, mese prăfuite, pânze de păianjen, lipsa de săpun și hârtie la toaletă, etc. Pentru o pensiune în care tocmai au avut loc doua nunți , aspectul era înfricoșător. Păcat de curte că are niște floricele frumoase, chiar și poziția pensiunii e ok că e la șosea. Serviciile însă lasă mult de dorit, precum și atitudinea superioară a angajaților sau chiar a proprietarei (încă nu știu cine era doamna în vârstă). Angajați oameni competenți și binevoitori și faceți curat! Altfel, e ok....
