Motel Imperial — Hotel in Horia

This motel is in the outskirts of Roman. There is not much around it so you need a car if you want to go into town. There is a large pool that was not opened yet when we were there. The hotel is fairly new and clean but a big negative is the lack of elevators. There are only 3 floors, but if you have some luggage and you have to carry it upstairs it is not a picnic. There is no staff at this hotel that can help you with this. ||There are two restaurants. We had breakfast and dinner at this motel. Breakfast was fine, but I thought it was a bit expensive. The other restaurant where we had dinner was nice, but here also I felt the food was also expensive and actually not that great. The service at both restaurants too slow.||||The rooms are clean; there is good internet and a small refrigerator. No coffee maker. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Bathrooms are fine. The room in general was very clean. The beds were not the most comfortable primarily due to the relatively thin mattress. I should add that because it is next to the main road the rooms are a bit noisy.||||The price is good although it does not include breakfast. I would probably try another hotel in town if I ever return...

Even in Romania you can find places like this. Although it`s situated in a not very beautiful area, being close to Roman City, on a rather flat zone, the concept of this location makes the difference. Motel with 2 floors, with nice and cozy rooms, from single to apartment size, very clean and comfortable.||A restaurant, a terrace and an outdoor pool which worth every penny. Excellent staff, very tasty food, moderate prices. Totally recommend it.||D....

I really enjoyed my stay at Imperial. I was very satisfied with every aspect of it. The food was excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful. Not to mention the gorgeous swimming pool. If I were to travel to Roman again, I would definitely stay there again! Already recommended this hotel to a few of my colleagues who travel quite often...
