Hotel Premier Class — Hotel in Iași Metropolitan Area

I booked this hotel for my wedding. I'm from England. All my guests complained about how poor and cheap the besa were. Dust was everywhere and they have a basic everyday menu. They couldn't accommodate tourists. And as we were planning the wedding the lady (owner) said everything will be nice. She said everything is included. Red carpet, flowers. Etc. She didn't put a red carpet out and no flowers on The arch. The menu was rubbish and my guests didn't like it. Food was dry. And some people didn't get any food. The waiters were terrible. I hate this woman for making my experience horrible. The rooms smell like sewage they didn't clean the rooms for our guests. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable. Dust everywhere and showers and toilets didn't work. We bought drink and chocolates for the wedding and they didn't serve the bin alcohol drinks. They said they had non left when all our guest said they didn't get it. They also said the chocolates weren't given to them.they lied and we had to buy more. I left my perfume there accidrntly. Any venue would keep it and give it to you. They said they didn't have it. I feel like they stole so much from us. And also when she said everything is inclusive she forgot to mention the flowers are only 200 lei. So she makes so much money and cared very little about your important day. I beg people not to have there...

We didn't have a good experience here. My hot tub in the suite was dirty. I'm glad I filled it and flushed it first and lots of debris came out when doing so. The first day we were there we had chicken wings and my friends were completely raw flesh inside and mine had blood still. They got taken back to the kitchen but when brought back out mine were still a little bloody and I couldn't eat them. We used the pool but weren't charged for the week as it was still cold. But to be honest it's good we weren't as the filters weren't working and it was not clean water. On asking for late checkout the price was very high. I thought maybe there would have been a discount after the raw chicken incident but nothing. Breakfast is also extra and not until 8am and to be honest was quite pricey at 30 Lei. My fridge didn't work as the plug socket was hanging off the wall and the pillows in all three rooms seemed like they were...

Had to accommodate some friends and family for my wedding, and since this was the closest hotel to the wedding place, I've decided to book some rooms here. Everything went well except of the communication that was poorly (poorly is a nice way of saying it). After I've booked 1 apartment, 4 rooms with matrimonial bed and 1 room with twin beds I've asked them for the room numbers. With 1 week before the event I've found out that I have 1 apartment, 3 rooms with matrimonial bed and 2 room with twin beds. Send them an email with who is staying where and even if the email went throw they messed up and had a family that didn't had where to stay(their apologies was that they didn't received the email, witch is impossible, and after I've send them a screenshot with the email, they didn't said anything).
