HOTEL TERRA IASI — Hotel in Iași Metropolitan Area

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and there was no loud music coming from the restaurant as others are stating. The staff was super friendly, they accomodated all our demands (and were not Just a few:) ). The rooms are big (I saw more than one), clean, there are enough supplies in the room, hair drier, the beds are awesome, and everything is new (the hotel was built a year ago). It says 3 stars, but comfort wise it’s definetly a 4 (minus the elevator). |Breakfast is table served, you get 5 options of breakfast you can choose from. They have a nice and friendly terrace outside the restaurant where smoking is allowed. They gave me a room directly above the restaurant, then insulted me when I asked them to either move me or turn the music down. They have speakers in the ceiling of the restaurant, and play really crappy techno music from morning to midnight. I got woken up to it. I tried to explain the situation to the reception and she told me "this is a hotel, not a hospital." So apparently this place thinks its normal to subject guests to techno music at all hours of the night and day. The hotel might check all the boxes to be "4 stars" but the experience given to customers is like a village bar without the charm. The very basic you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars is to let people have a quiet night sleep. But apparently that's an outrageous request...

😊: Clean room, parking on site.. 😢: The evening / night front desk guy barely said anything at all during check. It took him about 7 minutes to check us in and during this time there was just awkward silence. The pinnacle was him throwing us the card to the room on the counter with a very generous “POFTIM”. This receptionist is a total joke. While check-out time is 12:00, housekeeping knocked at our door at 11:50 to let us know they want to start cleaning the room.
