Vila Panos — Hotel in Limanu

The room was very dirty, there were no mosquitos net at the windows or at the balcony door so you couldn't open anything to vent the room. Also, the bedsheets were dirty and l asked if possible to change them. The host started to almost yell at me and to tell me that the stains on them are not dirty and that they received them like that from the laundry. Also, he continued to scold me anytime he saw me to tell me that l upset him and that I disrespected him when I asked for the sheets to be changed. The towels were broken and also dirty, which he stated they were perfectly clean. Also, in the sitting area the smell of sweat was horrible. I forgot to mention that in the room we booked, there were dead bugs squished...

Way too expensive for what you get. It has some steep narrow stairs on which you could easily fall if you are not paying much attention. The room has seen better days, but the bed sheets and towels were clean. TV offered like 2 channels... if you were lucky enough to catch some signal. Noi am fost pacaliti. Politica pensiunii este ”Asta e. Trebuie sa acceptati conditiile”. Ni s-a dat cea mai slaba camera, ultima poza afisata pe booking. Primele poze aratau ca pensiunea e ok. Am anulat cazarea dupa ce am ajuns la proprietate , ni s-a dat o camera care nu corespundea descrierii pe site. Am dorit sa ne odihnim dupa ora 23. Pe site se spunea ca se respecta orele de liniste, dar, ce sa vezi, proprietara avea pozitionata o masa si banca chiar in dreptul geamului unde am fost cazati la parter , se vedea tot de afara in camera, nu aveam nici un fel de intimitate. Alti turisti cazati la proprietate s-au asezat la acea masa, vorbeau , era zgomot . Cand am anuntat proprietara ni s-a spus ca nu are ce face ca ”Asta e”. Inteleg ca aceasta era politica interna : ”Asta e”. Am anuntat ca plecam , am rezervat imediat in alta parte si desi nu am beneficiat de serviciile de cazare am fost penalizati, cu toate ca pensiunea nu a respectat ce afisa pe site.
