Hotel A3 Campia Turzii - Cazare - Pensiune — Hotel in Luna

We had a good start. The hotel looks great from outside,quite new and modern. The reception staff were nice and the price was lower then I was especting. However if I wouldn't be driving for the last 10 hours I would of moved on after seeying the room. Straight away it wasn't cleaned to a decent standard ,with crisps crumbs on the floor. The towells were tired and the beds didn't look to good (however the beds were very confortable I found out later). The shower was a problem ,,nowhere to hang the shower head and when using it it was either off,too hot or too cold depending I supose on other rooms using the water. The bathroom door lock is on the outside so you can't lock yourself in but others can :). The food and service in the restaurant was good and accesible however I am going to mention again the cleanliness and state of table cloths etc. Again, staff are really nice at the restaurant and tye varied manu is tasty. Sory to give only 2 stars to a place with such a great potential. With little tweaking it can be a solid 5 star. Apparently there is a swimming pool but we...

We haven’t seen the rooms but the overall experience in and around their restaurant was good; charming.

The waitress approached us uppon our entry and escorted us to our table. The service was smooth and on point. I need to highlight their coffe which was well above average.
