I will start with the best:||||- Great quality service for the restaurant, we really enjoyed the food, and the service really professional and customer oriented ( Thank you Ionut, for you professional service provided).||- Room very clean, great view, we stayed at the top room witch was big nice, comfy and really pampering. (great big balcony)||- The info provided by the receptionist and all staff asked was good.||- We booked 4 massages in 2 days, the masseur Stefan was good quality professional with healing hands and good knowledge, he did a great journey therapy, really good. I did no like so much the hot stone massage, to rushed for me and not so pampering and clearly not relaxing, but i think thats a matter of perception i expected more. ||- For the Spa, you have 1 big pool, wet sauna and dry sauna, kind of small, and the gym area, for 2 max 3 days retreat i think this is enough just to make you relax and to still clean and focus on your body. The bar in spa are does't have so many options for drinks and healthy juices.||- staff in the Gym provide info and good care, really involved, that's a plus.||||The 'not so good':||||- people go inside the dry sauna and they poor things on the oven that is very bad for the health (they do their own infusion with oils, and stuff that burns the oil and is very bad for inhaling).||- you can hear noises in the massage rooms, even if you have a great therapist will not fulfill the experience required. ||- not so much activities that you can fill up your schedule for staying, mostly you do sauna, pool, gym, eat, rest and repeat for the full staying. ||- all included packs does have some exception and you need to ask the waiters for that keep this in mind. We bought the Festive Atmosphere with 2 night staying and 3 full day access spa.||||So, with good and not so good stuff, i would recommend the retreat to my friends but no more...

Read moreI will start by saying that the spa services and the restaurant are offering good services and I will break it down: the massages are good, the masseurs are great and they know how to treat their clients, same applies for the sauna / pool and so on; the food is great, the serving is great, but the prices are higher than Bucharest, a 0.3 beer is around 4 euros / 22 lei which is too high and also dogs and cats are right next to you, don't get me wrong, i like animals, but it's annoying having a steak and a dog it's looking at you non stop at a 4* hotel. Now let's go to the reception and booking: we booked it 1 month ahead, we confirmed also in the week of our arrival (We had a voucher that was a gift from our friends, already paid) with full benefits: spa, 1 massage, 3 meals a day (friday - sunday). when we arrived we were offered a room that it's not even on their website (check the pictures) which is definetely not a 4* hotel room. (We couldn t argue with them at that point of our arrival as we had to work remotely); We told them to change it but didn't had any rooms left; On Saturday we had to ask them again (they didn't said anything until noon) and said that they don't have any rooms left and they offered us another 30 min massagge and 2 bottles of wine.
It didn't ruined our stay there as I stated, the spa and food was great but the room was too small for a 4* hotel and cannot be found on their site.
I would NOT recommend because of...
