This place has great potential, but it's ideal only for those: who are interested to check in for at least 2 nights because otherwise it's too much trouble for them to book their rooms for only 1 night, as they stated ; have no food/water/beverages with them (not sure about cigarettes for smokers) so they could sell you their over priced products; make sure they are quiet or rarely around, so they are not bothered by their guests, even if they get paid for this service; we felt as if we were unwanted; don't have their breakfast, even if it's included in the price, because it's poor and have to ask for anything you need, including plates, napkins or anything that needs a refill such as meat or cheese; If you decide to take your baby along, try to make him/her as invisible as you can so no one is bothered by his/her presence or trolley. And take these advices seriously, you're being monitored by their surveillance cameras installed on the hallways. And maybe rooms...you never know.
Overall, this pension is 3🌼 worth for its backyard and clean and modern rooms. The owners are hard working people, but have no experience or ambition for this industry. Take my word for the backyard, I've got pictures. I didn't risk for rooms. Also a parking lot in front of the property is available...
Read moreThe location is great, the wonderful scenery, and the guesthouse is clean with neat rooms. The major issue of ALEX Pension is generated by the attitude of the owners. They did not initially want to acknowledge the reservation made on booking.com in November 2017 and implicitly the related rates. After long talks with their son, they agreed to apply rates from booking.com.||The owner of the pension has a slightly hostile (not to say aggressive) attitude towards young children. It did not allow an 8-year-old to play the ball in the playground, on the grounds that it could hit the Tuya trees.||Although at the entrance to the hostel it is mentioned that it is NOT allowed to drink other drinks than those purchased from the local, there were no real bans of this kind.||Breakfast in the guesthouse is quite consistent (ham, cheese, 2 types of salami, cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, honey, 2 types of jam and butter). Tea / Coffee.||Whoever wants to have lunch in the hostel, must notify the owners of the evening. They refuse to prepare the lunch menu if they are announced on the morning of the same day.||The Internet (WI-FI) is functional within the guesthouse (ground floor and two floors) at an acceptable transfer rate (over 20Mb / s), but not on the...
Read moreAt first I was impressed by how the guesthouse looked, everything new. Gradually, I began to know the true face of the hosts, who boasted "experience of a lifetime" in trade, but with ZERO experience in tourism and art of making customers return.||All sorts of rules kept appearing, none presented on the site, out of which the weirdest was sending us to bed like children, because they need to close the door. (Please note that we are a mature couple and we were not making any orgies, just staying late with our friends and telling jokes).||Although oon site it's clearly stated ''barbecue facilities" they kept evidentiating the great favor they did us by letting us barbecue and they were obviously upset that they drew no financial profit out of this.||||Everything culminated by the kind words "The villa is ours, yours is door," and were were kicked out. I would like to mention that although we had negotiated the room by phone at a lower price than on a booking site, they asked us to pay bigger price than negotiated, pretending to not remember any discussion ...||I was deeply disappointed, because we had expectations from them as civilized people, working in the...
