Hotel Rion — Hotel in Mangalia

Relatively clean. Bathroom could have been better and you could see the wiping marks on the floor. I had to clean the toilet seat with some disinfectant, just to be sure. Door is paper thin. There was a half bottle of shampoo, probably left over from the previous guests. No soap, though. Towels are not cleaned professionally, and not the best quality; nonetheless, clean. Furniture has an old feeling, with a low bed and a desk. Fridge not plugged in. I couldn't tell if the two water bottles were free. We only had one sheet, as a blanket, for two people. There were, however, several pillows in the room... The bed sheet was clean-ish, and it had a yellow stain. Also, not professionally cleaned. The pillowcase had stains on it. It's self check in, however the doors are not secure enough and you can hear the other guests speaking. Generally quiet. There is a parking lot outside. There is an espresso machine in the lobby, however no vending machine for...

We went to Rion last weekend (09-11.08), the location is far from the beach, but was fine because we knew it from the beginning.|The facilities are for 2 stars, the breakfast is poor, however the room/bathroom was clean.|I left Rion VERY disappointed because of the personnel, the receptionist (Beatrice) was extremely rude and impolite, we have never experienced such a bad customer service in none of our trips.|She called us for a misunderstanding after we left and she acted like she own the hotel, very imperative and rude. |I won’t definitely come back to this hotel and won’t...

The Hotel is in a good condition and the rooms are nice.

Checl out is put down at 12. However my gf and I got woken up by the cleaner at 8:56 in the morning. She opened the door abd saw my gf in a half naked state lying in bed. She then came back at 11 and demanded we leave.

I clarified to her that check out is at 12 and also written on our booking.

I would have given 5 stars. And now give a kind 4 stars. Mire 3 due to the Incident.
