Pensiunea Elisabeta — Hotel in Merghindeal

buna ziua...

pentru o duminica cu vreme frumoasa si-o zi insorita,vizita la Pensiunea Elisabeta, mi s-a parut inspirata si de bun augur... peisaj incantator de pe terasa exterioara....locatie bine pozitionata... mai mult decat servitul unei cafelei, decid sa servim pranzul... si de aici "aventura"... recenzia priveste o imbunatatire a serviciilor, nicidecum evitarea pensiunii...DIMPOTRIVA! DAR....dupa 10 min de asteptare, m-am dus in restaurant sa cer un meniu...doar 2 ospatari pe tura...tineri,ambii, baiat si fata... intr-un final, tanara isi face aparitia la masa 2...ia comanda: 2 ciorbe ,2 portii ceafa pork, muraturi, 2 expresso, etc

45min a durat servirea ciorbei! 45 min!!

pentru restul comenzii, timpul a fost in limite normale... meniul bun si accesibil...il recomand!

terasa incepe sa se umple...turisti diversi...activitate... ai nevoie de asistenta...nimeni imprejur...cei 2 ospatari erau bagati intr-o nisa, ambii butonand pe telefon! si aici pun pct!

RECENZIA priveste imbunatatirea serviciilor, resposabilizarea personalului on duty, si continuarea activitatii!

Hello... for a Sunday with beautiful weather and a sunny day, the visit to Pensiunea Elisabeta seemed inspired and auspicious... delightful landscape from the outside terrace...well positioned location... more than serving a coffee, we decide to serve lunch... and hence the "adventure"... the review concerns an improvement of services, by no means avoiding the guesthouse...ON THE CONTRARY! BUT....after 10 minutes of waiting, I went to the restaurant to ask for a menu...only 2 waiters per shift...young people, both, boy and girl... in the end, the young woman appears at table 2...takes the order: 2 soups, 2 portions of pork neck, pickles, 2 expressos, etc. It took 45 minutes to serve the soup! 45 minutes!! for the rest of the order, the time was within normal limits... the good and affordable menu... I recommend it! the terrace starts to fill up...various tourists...activity... you need help...no one around...the 2 waiters were stuck in a niche, both pressing the phone! and here I put the point! I was here together with my family. We had te best time ever. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was great, very tasty and good portions. We are going to recommend this House ( Home) because we where here just like home. We want to say thank you to all the service staff and to the best Chef de Cuisine in Transilvania . We will...

Only the view is great. Situated in the centre of the country this pension could have offered so much. I was disappointed to see the room was not too clean, the food not too good and the staff untrained. If you want to enter the pool (if is opened) you have to pay another fee. Definitely not...
