EMI — Hotel in Mihail Kogălniceanu

I have been to this hotel three times now in the past few years. They categorise there rooms into twin rooms and apartments. We stay in the apartments which have a bathroom, double bedroom and a lounge, with a sofa bed to accommodate kids or maybe another adult||||The place is by the side of the main road towards Constanta and is next to a petrol station, it is a three star hotel , but is extremely clean and the beds are comfortable and the linen very nice. ||||The hotel has airconditioning in the rooms and a TV, and depending where you are you can get the WIFI from the lobby or restaurant.||||I find this place a very useful central place as a stop over as we travel between Constanta and visit other areas like Hirsova etc.||||Even though it is by the main road it is quite relaxing and very near the constanta Airport||||the staff mainly speak English as there are quite a few US citizens stopping over. the restaurant and terrace is a great please to eat and chill out after a full day of exploring the area.||||Certainly will be going back again next time I am...

Clean rooms, great service, impeccable bathrooms. The food is excellent, and so is the atmosphere. The staff will remember your name, and the management will ensure you'll have a memorable experience. On big games, there is a huge TV available for fans. One thing to improve is the follow up on the hotel; I could have stayed there for three months had they returned my call. The location is a bit off since there is no public transportation stopping nearby (there is no sidewalk for locals). However, there is plenty of parking, and there are cabs around. Taxis are steep and they don't issue receipts; I recommend Uber or rentals (with a dent in the wallet). Don't count on flying in to the CND airport! I have eaten here quite a few times and I've finally decided to post a review. I enjoy the atmosphere on the patio, the music's great, and the food is delicious. They host a bunch of local events all the time like weddings and birthdays.

I got the stuffed chicken twice different visits and another time I got the trout. The desert was delicious.

This place has the best service in MK, the best food presentation, the best atmosphere and the best desert. Try the snickers cake! I highly recommend this place for your future events or just to chill and relax with...
