Location 5/5: Pestisorul Pension is located in the locality of Dunavatul de Jos, terminal for asphalt and cars, from here advancing in the Delta only on water, with boats! The location has a generous parking lot located nearby and a spacious restaurant!||||Accommodation 5/5: Pensiunea Pestisorul is equipped with generous, clean rooms, with new furniture..the bathroom is spacious, clean, equipped with a generous bathtub..the bedding is clean, it changes daily..the only downside I would have is pillows: they are too small for such a generous bed, larger pillows are suitable ... otherwise everything is as it should be so you can enjoy a hassle-free stay!||||Food 5/5: I hope the owners of the boarding house pay for their chef because everything that comes out of that kitchen door looks insane, smells insane and tastes insane! I ate the best Dobrogean tochitura of all tried so far! My father-in-law was delighted with the sleeping dishes..the fish soup, the juicer, the caviar platter..all were up to par! The icing on the cake instead was the Dobrogean pie! Rainbow on the palate !! I didn't find any flaws! Excellent taste! Also here I would like to add that the cow's cheese is insane (I will keep abusing this word for this review :)) and this is an additional proof for the way the hosts try to make everything superlative!||||Entertainment 5/5: Although the pension has enough facilities to "kill time" (outdoor pool, pool and table tennis tables, trampoline for the little ones, pontoon arranged for fishing, kayaks), the piece of resistance is the organization boating (a common practice throughout the Delta by the way) with qualified and experienced staff .. the hosts offered us a 10-hour walk through which we discovered a good part of the beauty of the Delta! Daca maine s-ar aduce adaugiri DEX-ului, in dreptul cuvantului "exelent" ati gasi ca sinonim cuvantul "Pensiunea Pestisorul"! Pentru ca totul se rezuma la excelent in ceea ce priveste Pensiunea Pestisorul (de fapt sunt doua locatii foarte aproape una de cealalta ce formeaza Complexul Pestisorul & Pelicanul)!

Locatie 5/5: Pensiunea Pestisorul se afla in localitea Dunavatul de Jos, cap terminal pentru asfalt si masini, de aici inaintandu-se in Delta doar pe apa, cu ambarcatiuni! Locatia dispune de o parcare generoasa aflata in imediata apropiere si un restaurant incapator!

Cazare 5/5: Pensiunea Pestisorul este dotata cu camere generoase, curate, cu mobilier nou..baia este spatioasa, curata, dotata cu o cada generoasa..asternuturile sunt curate, se schimba zilnic..singurul minus l-as avea in privinta pernelor: sunt prea mici pentru un pat atat de generos, se preteaza niste perne mai mari..in rest totul e asa cum ar trebui pentru a te putea bucura de un sejur fara batai de cap!

Mancarea 5/5: Sper ca proprietarii pensiunii isi platesc regeste bucatarul pentru ca tot ce iese pe usa aia de la bucatarie arata demential, miroase demential si are un gust demential! Am mancat cea mai buna tochitura dobrogeana dintre toate incercate pana acum! Socrul meu a fost incantat de preparatele din somn..ciorba de peste, storceagul, platoul de icre..toate au fost la inaltime! Cireasa de pe tort in schimb a fost placinta dobrogeana! Curcubeu pe cerul gurii!! Nu i-am gasit nici un cusur! Excelenta la gust! Tot aici as vrea sa adaug ca branza de vaca este dementiala (o sa tot abuzez de cuvantul asta pentru acest review :) ) si asta e o dovada in plus pentru felul in care gazdele isi dau silinta ca totul sa fie la superlativ!

Entertainment 5/5: Desi pensiunea dispune de suficiente facilitati de "ucidere a timpului" (piscina exterioara, mese de biliard si tenis de masa, trambulina pentru cei mici, ponton amenajat pentru dat la peste, caiace), piesa de rezistenta o reprezinta organizarea plimbarilor cu barca (o practica comuna in toata Delta de altfel) cu personal calificat si experimentat..gazdele ne-au oferit o plimbare de 10 ore prin care am descoperit o buna parte din frumusetea Deltei! Este musai sa accesati o plimbare cu barca prin Delta, desi poate pretul poate parea prohibitiv, dar Delta nu o poti descoperi de pe ponton sau de la balconul pensiunii, ci doar lasandu-te plimbat de barcagiu pe toate canalutele si lacurile acestui loc magic numit Delta Dunarii!

Ospitalitate 5/5: Rar mi-a fost dat sa vad gazde mai implicate si cu o misiune clara: satisfacerea clientului, asa cum sunt proprietarii Pensiunii Pestisorul! Fiind afacere de familie, toata lumea din randul familiei este implicata si fac tot posibilul sa iti satisfaca toate dorintele si poftele ca tu, turist in cautarea unui sejur perfect, sa ai parte de el! Si le iese de minune acest lucru! Si sentimentul acesta placut de ospitalitate nu se opreste la gazdele locului..continua cu chelnerii restaurantului: fiecare dintre ei sunt amabili cu tine, cu zambetul pe buze, straduindu-se sa ai parte de cea mai buna servire posibila..aici l-as mentiona pe Ionut Cercel, ce ne-a servit la masa pe toata durata sejurului si va spun sincer, omul acesta ar trebui sa vina pe litoralul romanesc si in restul tarii, si sa le predea lectii de ospatarie celor din bransa, pentru ca este de departe o rara avis in acest domeniu! Oameni ca el ce lucreaza in HoReCa cred ca ii numeri pe degetele de la o mana, restul sunt doar amatori!

Epilog : Desi 2020 a fost un an greu, ce a pus la grea incercare industria HoReCa si a continuat cu 2021, iata ca o mana de oameni incearca din rasputeri sa ofere servicii de calitate, focusati in totalitate pe satisfacerea clientului si fidelizarea acestuia! Nu este un lucru usor sau ieftin!

We actually have stayed at Pensiune Pelicanul with belongs to the same owners and is just 50 m from Pensiunea Pestisor but not yet on Trip Advisor as this is her first summer open. The Hotel is amazing huge rooms in our apartment flat screen tv, AC , some toiletries. Clean and peaceful. The swimming pool is bigger than Pestisorul and has also small children area in the pool. The food in the restaurant has decent prices and the fish is fresh. They can arrange boat trips for guests at fair prices.The staff is helpfull and polite. We will be back as It was a great escape for us and the children.|- breakfast (that is included) not so diverse if you stay for several days. Pool is clean and big enough for what we needed, the kids enjoyed it very much. I recomend the rooms with street view because it was quiet if you have pool view maybe some noise from it not sure.
