Pensiunea Blue House — Hotel in Murighiol

I believe it's not normal to be with your child at lunch and when you ask them to make you some pasta with cheese to be refused only because it's hard for the cook to remember your order or because the terrace is full as long as you have those two ingredients in the menu and it is easier to make than carbonara or milanese. Besides we had no problem in being charged as for any other pasta in the menu. That's one thing. Second, although we have rooms here for 4 nights, you have no more rights than others from the street that come here just to eat. I think that as long as people are coming why bother to make everybody happy? Who likes it, good and who doesn't, the same. It's a shame because the place is nice, clean and these things really ruin your stay.There are many kids here and I believe they could be more ||flexible because the menu is very poor. The fish I wanted was not available, no mashed potatoes. No soups, just fish soup and milk cereals can be served only in the morning.||Third, the parking area is very small, the entrance is difficult and on the covered terrace is really hot, The child fell asleep during lunch because of that. Come on! Disappointing! I really hope some things...

I took into consideration the overall experience including the restaurant, services and staff.

Positive Clean rooms. All you need in the room. Nice and clean pool. All the above would have 4 stars on it's own.

Negative Welcoming experience terrible. Do not know who was encharge or if any managers was available and nobody approched us in any way to sort out any of the issues

Staff did not even know what a cappuciono is.

Customer service terrible because staff is not trained properly.

Terrible Flyes in the restaurant all the time. Food is frozen and not fresh. Fish uncooked because it's cooked frozen. Long waiting times for food even if there are just 4 tables of people; even for an omlet.

Location The location seems nice in the pictures but actually it is in the centre of the town with no nature around.

O pensiune frumoasa cu un potential urias,totusi anumite lucruri ar trebui imbunatatite si sper ca review-ul meu sa fie unul constructiv. Tot personalul a fost foarte amabil cu toate ca am citit recenzii negative despre asta. Totusi marea problema a acestei pensiuni este pe partea de restaurant unde nu exista deloc flexibilitate si sunt foarte prost aprovizionati.Am primit foarte multe “Nu”-uri chiar din prima zi.Papanasii s-au terminat,compozitia de clatite s-a terminat,sucuri nu aveau decat Cola 0,etc.Pentru o pensiune care are acces auto si market peste drum,sa fie atat de prost aprovizionata mi se pare wow in sensul negativ. Camerele arata bine,curate si frumos mobilate.Am avut o problema cu un aer conditionat care nu a putut fi reparat si am primit o noapte de cazare gratis,lucru de apreciat.Totusi,in camera in care mergea aerul conditionat acesta era foarte zgomotos,la fel si frigiderul din camera dar acela se poate opri daca e nevoie.Am stat la etajul 1 si am fost foarte bucuros ca nu sta nimeni deasupra,cel putin asa se vedea de afara,totusi,cred ca e o mansarda sus si mai statea cineva acolo caci noaptea pana pe la 1-2 era galagie si parea ca cineva se da cu scaunul … Piscina nu am apucat sa o folosim dar era curata.Locuri de parcare sunt suficiente,exista si o parcare in spate. Tot un minus e faptul ca nu au niciun spatiu inchis unde sa se poata sta seara si cand apar tantarii(uneori multi) nu poti decat sa pleci in camera.Terasa are totusi niste folii care se pot lasa jos,dar din nou am primit “Nu” ca raspuns. Cand am facut rezervarea am intrebat de excursii cu barca si a ramas sa discutam cand ne cazam.In ziua in care am ajuns mi s-a spus ca nu mai sunt locuri disponibile.Eu m-am descurcat,intamplator cunosc pe cineva in zona care se ocupa cu excursii si pescuit,dar sunt sigur ca multi oameni vin si se bazeaza pe barcile de la pensiune lucru care iar nu e deloc ok.E greu sa gasesti de pe o zi pe alta o plimbare in sezon. In incheiere, sunt foarte surprins ca toata lumea este amabila,inclusiv cei de la receptie,dar cu toate astea sunt multe lucruri care par sa lase de dorit, cred ca ar fi nevoie de putin mai multa flexibilitate si lucrurile s-ar schimba mult in bine,in special pe partea de restaurant. Personal nu cred ca voi reveni foarte curand,cel putin pana lucrurile nu se vor schimba putin,exista si alte cazari in zona de care am fost foarte multumit dar ca sa fiu corect nu le voi...
