Hotel Trotuș Onești — Hotel in Onești

I have been stayed for one night at this hotel and it is very expensive I have paid for one room with matrimonial bed 473Ron without breakfast included, the furniture is very old and poor quality, the shower cabin doesn’t have a curtain and all the water was pouring on the bathroom floor which was damaging the bathroom door frame that’s why we couldn’t close the bathroom door! I left the window open as it was hot and you could hear the cab drivers talking through their radios! The breakfast was 49 Ron per person and very poor quality! This is not a service for 3 stars hotel! The trolley to carry your bags was too big for the lift that I didn’t have space to fit in or better said the lifts weren’t big enough to accommodate the trolley and the person handling it! The ramp that you have to use to drag your luggage is obstructed by a tree branch which can be trimmed but instead is left like that! Please do yourselves a favour and look for other options as they are plenty and cheaper with better service! Avoid...

I have stayed here on several occasions on business, and I have to say that for such an important landmark in Onesti, they should do a lot better. ||Some rooms are better then others, while some have flat screen TV's, some still have very old TV's with a cathode ray tube...||The AC is not existent, there is some sort of fan, very noisy not really a lot of help, and the summers get quite hot and humid here... Also, watch out for mosquitoes... If you leave the windows open and the lights on, you might end up with a pint of blood short by the morning.||The people are trying their best, from the reception to the cleaning team, the restaurant, they truly are doing their best with what...

errible Experience - Not Recommended

I’ve known this hotel for a long time, but this time it was a terrible experience. I stayed here for work, and the room was in awful condition. There was mold in the room, a constant smell of sewage, and no hot water. The place has become seriously degraded and dirty, nothing like it used to be.

On top of that, it was noisy all the time, making it impossible to relax or sleep properly. The service was also very low quality, far from what you would expect for the price they charge. The rooms are overpriced for the poor conditions they offer.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address these...
