Stayed in Hotel Dacor for 4 nights in April 2017 with a group of 50 people. It is a big building from socialist times and located few minutes from the centre of Orastie in a quarter built in socialist times too. Ate at restaurant first 2 nights and they messed up the same meal twice, their were "kitchen issues". Now that takes special skills also had banging through the night and partying that kept me awake and to top it off three was dodgy WiFi. When I complained about water and food nobody seemed to care. Not impressed and will not stay...
