Vila Bulevard34 — Hotel in Oradea Metropolitan Area

A really friendly welcome. Almost all of the staff could not do enough to make my stay better. Always on hand to help and always very patient. The room was very clean and apart from a small leak in the shower everything worked. The bed was very comfortable indeed!||On my arrival I was told that the restaurant was closed for a family function but directed to a very good restaurant about 200 metres away.||The restaurant itself was a strange affair. Open from 0700 - 1900 only which, as my hours of work were 0700 - 1900 would rather limit things a bit! Fortunately I was able to return for breakfast each morning and the staff would always put something aside for me to have on my return in the evening.||Very handy for the station and not too far from the town centre. No frills but a good hotel. I'd have no hesitation in staying...

"Great disrespect! I was truly disappointed by my experience at your restaurant. I took a few spoonfuls from my friend's soup, and to be charged for that was extremely disrespectful. Three people gathered around me, trying to pressure me into paying for a meal I didn't eat.

Such behavior makes me question how much you value customer satisfaction. The money isn't the issue, but this kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. I hope you take this matter seriously and provide a more understanding service...

Nice hotel with big rooms, very clean and the staff is very friendly and polite, always at your disposal. The restaurant is open during daytime,and the food was really good.||Good value for money.The hotel is based very near to the train station and not far from the center...
