Read the reviews and avoid !!||My main concern for this hotel is the inhumane smell which come from the bathrooms, generally should be illegal to allow members of the public to have to endure the stench during a holiday stay.||The smell was clearly from backed up sewage within the pipes, it comes through the toilet, sinks, shower hole, it was that bad, anytime we used the bathroom we had to cover our noses to not gag, and I'm not over exaggerating either, it smelt as if dead bodies had been buried in the pipes.||||When I asked to be moved to another room due to the stench being too unbearable to be around, the ignorant , rude, not caring night shift member, stated they had no rooms available, which they certainly did as I didn't see 1 other person during my weekend stay there!!!||He then had to audacity to reply back with "yes this rooom is not the only one that smells bad, others do too"||||So not only are they aware of the smell and that discomfort it puts their guests in , but they also do absolutely nothing to help the situation and just keep taking peoples money.||||Absolutely vile!!! Healthy and safety and hygiene regulations clearly aren't cared about in this facility and needs to be reported to higher standards agency's.||||Not that this hotel deserves any positive notes, but positive being it's close to the airport 5/10 min bus or taxi ride. McDonald's and dominos was within walking distance, and was about 10 min drive from Bucharest spa, which is the reason of our visit and absolutely loved it! Probably loved it due to it having no connection to this hotels facility's!||The rooms are standard, slightly dated but if the smell issue is resolved, I'm sure it would be pleasant, but judging on past reviews, the smell will never be resolved, so I'd avoid at all costs! It's cheap, cause it stinks of...

Read moreWe stayed over for a night last week, but unfortunately had mostly a negative experience. It was very hot outside, so I was looking forward to getting into my air conditioned room and resting from a long trip. When I got into my room it was just as hot as outside, so I started the AC unit in the hope that when I returned from dinner, I would have a cool room to rest in. However, when I came back, it was just as hot as before, and nothing I did made the unit blow any cool air. So I decided to go downstairs to the reception and tell the staff about the issue. I told Mari that the AC unit is not working properly, but she seemed annoyed and she cut me off saying that there is nobody available to check the unit and there is nothing she can do, as she quickly resumed her work and proceeded to ignore me. Her attitude was dismissive and uncaring. I decided to go back to my room and open the windows and take a shower, but the temperature remained around 33 degrees Celsius, so I decided to go back to the reception and ask for a different room so I can have some rest. However, I found the same annoyed and impolite employee, Mari. She told me that all the rooms were booked and again that there is nothing she can do. My brother talked to her a third time, but he got the same treatment from Mari. This time, she proposed that we get a refund with the implication that I would go sleep somewhere else, which was not an option since I was just one person in a group of 13 people staying at this hotel. In conclusion, Mari was most unhelpful and her attitude lacked compassion and concern for me as a guest...
