We( me and my wife) were for the second time here on the 15’th of august,based on a past experience when we were there and enjoyed it.This time , the food was again good ( we had the Cordon Bleu and the Rulada Pecicana.Hte first dish was nor thorough fried , but the “Rulada” was very fine and tasty. Unfortunately, what killed the whole experience was service: one plate had a chip(=broken) , no napkins on the table and none brought by the waiter.The the side dish to the “Rulada” was wrong: we ordered mashed potatoes, she brought fries.Trying to tell her , on a polite note, about all these mishaps, she did not made any attempt to fix and try to apologize, rather she said “that’s what you ordered” and added that she did not eat sine morning ( we were there about 15:00) I can sympathize with her not eating, but that’s hers and the owners matter: as a Customer I expect good service,whatever happens in the back. So I suggest to the owner to make some training with his staff-it would help for improving guest’s experience. And to me it’s really just the front staff, with some small mishaps there are good and tasty dishes coming from the kitchen, the food is really good and traditional, it would be a pity to suffer because of front service. Read moreStayed here whilst on road trip from Scotland to Bulgaria. Arrived here around 10pm so was it was a bit dark, but they have a well lit large car park. We asked for three rooms and despite the language barrier the receptionist was extremely helpful and guided us to our rooms. My partner and I were given a large room with huge bed, the room also had a single bed,flat screen TV, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and very modern with wooden flooring and furniture. Our fellow travellers had rooms which were as equally clean and modern with three single beds in each. Despite being on the road for freight lorries etc is was quiet.||||||Great price too, if this was a hotel in the UK, the room I was given would defiantly be sold as junior suite.||||We were unfortunately too tired to use the restaurant.||||Overall this hotel provided a pleasant experience for a sceptical...

We ordered 2 snitzels with potatoes , the breading had a taste as if it was cooked in motor oil, we requested to get to go to feed the stray dogs. When we were about to leave we asked for our left overs and the waiter said “I didn’t know you wanted to take them home “ although I speak Romanian and he very clearly understood the both of us that asked for it to go.
