Pensiune Red Rock — Hotel in Piatra Neamț

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We traveled in a group of 4, two couples, we drove for 10 hours only for the host to call us 1h before arrival to tell us that we no longer have the rooms reserved. The host invented a lot of reasons during our discussions, first she said that they had some repairs and those 2 rooms no longer have heating and hot water. ( i don't understand why she did not called us the day the repairs started). She offered to search other accommodation for us. She redirected us to Aris Motel which was even worse than initial accommodation, the rooms stank like crazy. One of the persons that traveled with my was pregnant started to gag and almost puke, the first room stank a lot worse than the second. We returned to Red Rock and entered the building, went to first floor and called the owner to discuss, to tell her that we will take those 2 rooms without heating and hot water as it was getting pretty late. She started to invent other reasons for not accommodating us, like the rooms are too modest, this is how she usually operates by sending people to other locations when they are full, that they have agreement with other accommodations in the city and they usually redirect people from one place to another (so she lied first time about heating and lack of hot water). She told us on the phone while we were in the building that she is not there, that she went shopping. A cleaning persons that worked there told us that they she is on the top floor in the room and that they have everything clean, warm with hot water. After several minutes spent on the phone because she refused to meet us face to face, the owner of Red Rock redirected us to another location called "Bucuria" which was cost us more and where we were forced to accept it because it was getting too late and we could not find any other free place in Piatra Neamt. We realized that she gave away our rooms to someone else and she refused to admit it. AVOID THIS...

The lack of management and organization of this place ended in overbooking and in me without a place to stay 2 weeks before my leaving. And instead of telling us the situation, we got a warning that we didn't pay the initial entrance and that because of that our reservation was going to be canceled (there was no initial payment). A tip to avoid this situations: control the number of rooms you put in booking applications and don't tell the customer that there was a "error" and that we didn't pay a imaginary initial payment when clearly was your fault for doing...

Pensiunea Red Rock mi-a adus un gust amar. Inca din momentul in care am ajuns am fost intampinati de o doamna ursuza care nu stia de rezervarea facuta. Dupa ce am lamurit acea mica problema am fost primiti in camerele rezervate. Din pacate curatenia in acest loc lasa mult de dorit. Desi am stat numai o singura noapte a fost de ajuns sa ajung la concluzia ca nu imi mai doresc sa revin in acest loc. Bazandu-se pe faptul ca vom sta numai o noapte lenjeriile nu a fost schimbate . Scuza pt baia mult prea mica nu schimba disconfortul in momentul in care vrei sa folosesti baia. O chiuveta extrem de mica care nu iti permite sa iti faci igena de dimineata. Dusul conectat la chiuveta lasa de dorit , iar oglinda murdara si acea lumina oarba nu iti permit sa realizezi o igena...
