PitStop Hostel — Hotel in Ploiești

Been there with some friends just for one night. From the start there were some sketchi characters around the place. Not feeling safe at all. Door to our room was a pain to lock, took us over 10 minutes. The room itself was large, I think we got the biggest one, the one with the balcony. But the other group of people we were with got a very small, cramped and dirty room. Old ciggaretts on the table, along with empty beer cans. Sheets were dirty. Ours were relatively clean but I didn't check too close afraid of what I might find to be honest. Door to the balcony was busted also. We did manage go get a good night's sleep but don't expect good conditions. You get what you pay for, and you don't get much, at all! In all honesty, the time we were away we feared that our room might be cleaned out of our stuff by the time we got back. Don't leave valuables in the room, just to be on the safe side. Bathrooms are on the hallway and those weren't too clean either. No soap... ||||We just needed a place for one night but, let's just say that after this experience, I'll be happy to pay double the money at least so I don't have to worry the way I did while spending time...

To begin with, the only good thing at this hostel was the price (29 ron/night around 6 euros). The place was very dirty, a lot of things were broken, the all place smells terrible and the toilets were absolute horrifying. There were no doors at the bathrooms and showers, no paper and all the toilets were dirty. The rooms were also very small and this hostel is located in a disgusting part of the town and it is ruled by local gypsies witch were very rude and impolite with us. I hadn't expected too much from this place from this price, but I'd never repeat my experience at...

If you want to try a scary and horrible experince, this is the best place to try it. The bathroom on the second floor has a door wich you can't close, the beds are dirty and inside the room where me and my fellas stayed, the window was broken, making us waking up at 7:00AM because of the noise. Also the door handle was broken and the only way to close it and open it was pulling it or pushing it with the key inside. P.S.
