Montana Garden — Hotel in Rășinari

Decent overall. Serving is not very good. I ordered the first and second dish and got them both at the same time. Untill I finished my soup, the 2nd dish was cold. Probably i had to specify that i whant my pork warm when i first ordered. Allso, my wife asked for wine prices and the waiter looked funny, as if nobody has asked that before and had to go check the menu. Allso, there was tons of interference to the radio that was playing. I asked nicely if they could fix it, maby search for another radio station but the guy there said he can't do that. Seemed funny at tue beginning, but in time it got really annoying with all that buzzing. These are the remarks that i can make after one visit. The surroundings are nice. Location is ok, is not a rustic place, it is something modern with rustic. I like the little lake, the small cabins and the little river flows next to the cabins. I was here to eat, so the review is especially about the food and terrace. Terrace is nice, can be better it is like any other terrace in my opinion, nothing wow, just the view to the lake. Waiters was polite and professional. Food is good and have taste, looking nice. I didn’t like that they don’t have all the time everything to dring so you have to change your order. Overall the food is good, location is close to Sibiu and the terrace is ok. In the pictures you will see the Pork Ribs, Chicken breast 2 options...

The place is situated next to a small river, it has ponds around, parking lot, camping site, outside barracks and much more. Better in the summer I supose. We went this month, with a group of 6 people. Inside is well organised, there were other families, it is child friendly. The food was good, nicely brought and fast for a restaurant. Tried my trick, to see if they have things that they claim in the menü and they do. Big PLUS. The waiter seemed a bit arogant but he was also professional. Probably will come back...
