Hotel Roco — Hotel in Recaș

We reached this hotel as travelers through Romania. I was astonished to see that our booked room has no windows (the room name Syria, but probably it is the same case for Roz). A window existed, but was locked and going to another room anyway. Another small window exists in the bathroom, but you will not want to keep the bathroom door open. The heavy air in the room was already breathed probably 100 times.|Since they had no other room and we were very tired, we had no choice, we stayed.||We had no cash RON, therefore wanted to pay by credit card, but the POS of the hotel is not functioning. We were forced to pay cash in EUR at a penible exchange rate of 1 EUR = 4 RON.|No worth to argue with the guys at the reception, they have all the arguments in the world. It is your fault anyway.|As an example, I said that despite I dislike to negociate, in this case for such a room it is no worth the price we had to pay. The answer was "oh yes, you like to negociate, but you are only diplomatic [...] the boss says that this is no market place [...] if I give you a discount I have to pay it from my pocket". Excellent food; me and my colleagues had 2 dinners and 2 lunches there, and what I loved most about the place is the FOOD, absolutely delicious.||I saw a few of the rooms and they were ugly, very "kitsch" like. I was glad that out of our group I got to leave with the other s that slept at a different hotel, a more contemporary and classic looking one.||If you're the cat lover, birds lover you might enjoy the scenery, but I didn't really...||The waiters were very prompt.||In the lobby there is only one weird bathroom, and small, the kind you have to really bow your head to fit through the door frame, as you had to go down some stairs... Not sure who had the design ideas, but he must be rather old and unaware of contemporary trends...||||I WOULD NEVER SLEEP here, but I will definitely stop by to eat there when...

It was the second time now that we've been to this restaurant and had to wait roughly one hour for our food. We couldn't have not even the soups earlier than 45 minutes even though we asked the waitress a couple of times since we were there with 2 kids. When we got the soups one of them was too warm and the other one almost cold which is very weird since they were of the same kind!||The rest of the dishes were not bad (that's why 2 stars and not only 1) but nothing extraordinary either.||Overall, if you are very hungry or in a hurry do not chose...
