Pensiunea Dorel Codoban — Hotel in Roșia

I cannot actually comment on my experience staying in this b&b, because when we arrived (after booking the flat a few weeks in advance), we were informed that actually our flat was offered to someone else. So we were actually hosted in the owner's mother's house, in two rooms that haven't been upgraded since the 80s. There was no WiFi, the beds were dreadfully uncomfortable, and the hot water was very limited. Though the host was apologetic, it still didn't make up for the fact that she offered our flat to someone else on the day of our arrival. Also, the common kitchen in the b&b was quite dirty. ORIBIL!!! EVITAI!!! am rezervat doua camere pentru care am platit avans in contul personal nu in contul pensiunii cum ar fi fost normal ....am ajuns la locatie si nu are legatura cu ce este in prezentare! intrarea este acompaniata pe stanga de cimitir,aleea catre pensiune este printr-o curte...ciudat in fine la destinatie dupa ce am parcurs 10 ore pe drum nu ne-am cazat! motivul:camere mizere,bucataria mizerabila,curte neamenajata si dezordonata.. in fine am decis sa nu ne cazam in conditiile alea desi eram cu doi copii dupa noi si dupa 10 ore de condus! am comunicat doamnei telefonic ca nu acceptam asemenea conditii{pentru ca la locatie te asteapta o persoane care nu are legatura cu domeniul ospitalitatii,iti da cheile si te descurci} si bineinteles ca nu ne-a returnat avansul invocand motivul ca nu e vina ei ca nu vrem sa stam:}}}} nu este o problema majora cei 300 lei pe care doamna propietar nu vrea sa ii returneze,}}}} DAR VREAU CA VOI CEI CARE DORITI SA REZERVATI ACEASTA LOCATIE SA NU FACETI CA NOI!!!! acesti oameni se ascund un spatele unui brand local si se folosesc de imaginea faimoasei viori cu goarna DAR NU NICI O LEGATURA CU OSPITALITATEA!!!! DRAGI PROPIETARI VA RUGAM SA FACETI CURATENIE IN CAMERE ,BUCATARIE,AMENAJATI CURTEA SI TERASA UNDE STAU TURISTII SI ACCEPTATI CA SUNTETI DEPASITI...
