I honestly recommend choosing any other campsite in the area or camp in the wild if you can. We paid 100 Lei to park a car for the night. No tent, not a camper, just a normal car. In return we got bathrooms with door locks almost unusable. To enter or leave the bathroom you have to do a walk of shame in front of every person who's sitting at the leisure table or in the kitchen. Far from comfort in my opinion... There was water in soap dispensers (1990 long time no see) :D The level of overall cleanliness is 3/10. We didn't receive a receipt for our ridiculously hight payment which is funny because there's a government pro-legal poster encouraging to care about giving and getting receipts above the sink :)

This campsite is by far the most expensive we've been to in Romania and also has by far the worst quality.

If i could i would have given 6 stars. Some of the friendliest and most welcoming people you can meet. I slept there in my tent, the accommodation was good, clean toilets and shower, with a big kitchen and dining room, and the place was beautiful with a nice view over the countryside. The people running the camp were really nice and helpful, as well as their friends from the village. And on the top of it it was quiet, and quite affordable. This is really a must go if you're around and looking to sleep away from the touristic thermal cities nearby. Am petrecut câteva zile minunate cu cortul la Camping "La 3 stejari" din Călimănești și pot spune cu toată sinceritatea că este unul dintre cele mai bine organizate locuri de campare în care am fost! 🌲⛺

Condițiile sunt excelente: am avut la dispoziție un foișor încălzit, perfect pentru serile mai răcoroase, apă curentă, chiuvetă, WC-uri curate, dar și un spațiu special amenajat pentru grătar și ceaun, ideal pentru gătit în aer liber. Un mare plus a fost faptul că am avut la îndemână farfurii și tacâmuri, ceea ce ne-a scutit de multe bagaje în plus.

Campingul este dotat cu WIFI și priză lângă cort, foarte utilă pentru umflat saltelele sau încărcat telefoanele. Pe timpul nopții, lumini solare asigură o atmosferă plăcută și sigură în tot perimetrul.

Pe lângă toate aceste facilități, campingul este așezat într-un cadru natural deosebit, cu o priveliste superbă spre munți. Zona oferă numeroase trasee și locuri de vizitat, precum Vârful Cozia, Cascada Sila sau Vârful Gera – ideale pentru pasionații de drumeții și natură.
