Hotel Tranzit — Hotel in Satu Mare

We were here now, in September 2019. Good prices, the administrator (not sure if he is also the owner) was really really nice and friendly both on the phone and in person, when we met him in the morning before leaving the location. When telling him we are with 2 children, he was very nice to give us rooms facing the garden, in order to have a quiet night for the little ones. He also told us on the phone, when making the reservation, that the coffee vending machine is broken, so we can have coffee for free in the morning. And we just need to ask for it, if we want coffee. In the morning, when we asked for coffee, we were asked for money for it, but when telling the lady that on the phone we were told it is free, they did not charge us anymore.

The location looked clean enough, but our bed sheets were in a very bad shape (pillow cases not in the best shape either). They were all torn, as visible in the pictures. So we had to go downstairs and ask for new ones, and we had to put them on the beds ourselves. The staff was not really friendly (no smiles or friendliness), but not rude either.

One very good advantage of the location is that they have parking inside their garden, supervised by cameras. So you don't need to worry about anything you leave inside your car...

O locaţie intimă şi drăguţă din Satu Mare. Are o istorie, fiind o clădire de pe vremea lui Ceauşescu şi fiind o clădire a CAP-ului. A fost dobândită de câţiva ani de actualul proprietar care având în vedere istoricul terenului şi a clădirii şi cât a durat până la stadiul actual, a făcut o locaţie ce merită.

Camera este exact la limita spaţiului necesar unei singure persoane Apă caldă Căldură Săpun lichid 2x Prosoape de corp + 2x Prosoape de mâini/faţă + 1x Prosop de picioare Se face curat şi se aranjează camera aproape în fiecare zi Există maşină de spălat, uscător şi cameră de uscat, dacă aveţi o şedere mai lungă Personalul este foarte amabil de la paznici (care sunt vreo 4), la cele responsabile la curăţenie (2) Locaţia dispune de bucătărie, cu detergent, burete, microunde, toaster, frigider, loc de mâncat, ceai Locaţia are o parcare foarte încăpătoare şi maşina va fi în siguranţă Este relativ linişte când eşti printre singurii clienţi În camere dacă laşi la 5 caloriferele, vei simţi nevoia să aeriseşti că va fi prea cald Preţul este decent la 115-116 RON/noapte (posibil că se poate face şi cu discount pe perioade mai lungi şi/sau dacă se rezervă pe Booking) Internetul este până-n 8MBytes/sec adică 64Mbiţi/sec doar dacă vă conectaţi pe banda de 5GHz, pe banda de 2.4GHz nici măcar un streaming radio nu menţine fără buffering

CONS: cameră mică, spaţiu destul de înjust de la 2 persoane în sus camerele nu prea sunt izolate fonic Unul din moşulică de la recepţie stă şi doarme şi te trezeşti în frig Este frig pe holul principal Nu sunt calorifere peste tot, instalaţia termică fiind subdimensionată Centralele termică au nevoie de revizie (adică o curăţare la arzătoare, filtrele Y, etc.) Găgălioasă pensiunea/locaţia/clădirea când încep să fie clienţi datorită pereţilor subţiri neizolaţi şi a lipsei de educaţie a clienţilor ce aleargă pe holuri, vorbesc tare şi îţi aduc copii care urlă Suportul de la duş este stricat/deteriorat, trebuie schimbat

Deşi este o pensiune de 3 stele, eu îi voi da 5 stele la review, datorită şederii mele lungii şi a căldurii şi amabilităţii cu care am fost primit şi tratat.
