Pensiunea - HERMITAGE by Elenis - Panzio — Hotel in Sfântu Gheorghe

I have stayed here twice, once in august 2016, and once in may 2019. Both times on weekends.(I have to mention that the second time, the reservation was made for us by our friends, it wasn't our choice to return there.) The room was ok, a little dark but clean enough, and so was the bathroom. My problem is (was), that both times the personnel was nowhere to be found. Whether they're really understaffed or the owner just doesn't care, I will never find out because I will definitely not stay there for a third time. We had to "hunt someone down" when we checked in and when we checked out (my husband called all the numbers that were on the door of the establishment, because, "of course" the door was locked in the middle of the day when we arrived there, which made me feel like I was the inconvenient guest, although we made our reservation a week earlier so they must have known that we were coming). And at breakfast, we sat at our table for half an hour before someone came to serve us (2019). Because, again, staff was nowhere to be found. In 2016, we went to the dining area in the specified hours that they said breakfast was being served, sat there without anyone coming to get our order, and after 30-40 minutes someone came, and said that breakfast time was over (5 minutes before this person from the staff entered the dining area). So we paid for a breakfast we didn't get, even though we were on time and when we checked in, we signed ourselves up for breakfast. So it shouldn't have been a surprise for the pension's staff that they will have to prepare breakfast for their guests. And the second time we stayed at this place, with a toddler who was quite hungry in the morning, this kind of a situation was even more unpleasant. I mean, if I pay for these services, I expect to get them and not have to walk around the place looking for the staff. ||In conclusion, my advice to everyone seeking accommodation in Sfantu Gheorghe is this: keep looking, I bet there must be better pensions/hotels/B&Bs in the area. I sure will not be returning here, because it made me feel extremely frustrated and disrespected as a customer/paying guest. Plus, it was way too expensive considering the poor services we...

The city where the questhouse is, its not quite a touristic place, but your trip bring you nearby the Transilvania (part of it), or you have business to do arround Sf. Gheorghe, you should take in consider this place for accommodation.||Elenis its situated right on main entrance in the Sf.Gheorghe city. It is right on the main street, despite this fact the place and the rooms inside are quite silence. The location has possibility to serv the breakfast, and even more. Has a nice inside and outside place to eat and also to relax.||The room are quite romantic, with enough space, free wi-fi and led tv. A/C it`s included.The bathroom has all you nedd for a short stay. What it is funny, is that the inside are more luxurios than outside. They arrange the place with taste and run the place very efficiently.||Maybe it is not the cheapest place in Sf. Gheorghe, but if you stay there, you will notice the difference onces you stay there.||||I really reccomand Elenis Hotel in...

Apart from the fact that when you call the pension they tell you a much higher price than what you get on the Agoda page, the pension is fine both in terms of comfort and service. The staff is nice, the breakfast is hearty. What I missed was a small refrigerator in the room. I recommend it...
