We've visited the spa here several times, although we've never stayed at the hotel. Overall, the spa is decent and offers a fairly relaxing experience, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

One of the main issues we've encountered is with the pool. It’s quite small, and unfortunately, every time we’ve been there, the water has been cold and the pool itself wasn't clean. When we brought this up, we were told that they didn’t have a cleaning robot available, which is quite surprising for a spa facility.

On the bright side, the three saunas are really nice and well-maintained, offering a good variety of options for relaxation. However, during one of our visits, there were no bathrobes available when we arrived—they were apparently still at the cleaners—and it took a while before we finally received them.

Another odd experience was during a massage session. One of the massage rooms didn’t have any background music, which made the entire session feel awkward and uncomfortable. The only sound was the heavy breathing of the masseur, which really took away from the relaxing atmosphere you'd expect during a massage.

Lastly, the changing rooms could definitely be improved in terms of privacy. The men's locker room, in particular, is located right at the end of the hallway, and if the door opens while someone is changing, there’s a clear line of sight from the hallway—definitely not ideal.

To sum up, the spa has potential and some good features, but the lack of attention to detail and comfort makes it hard to fully enjoy...

I do not recommend this Spa, it is just awful. I decided to visit this place with my child, to enjoy the pool for a couple of hours. So, firstly, we were forced to pay a sum higher than indicated on the official website, I do not understand why. When we saw the water in the pool, it was just awful, it is a pity I did not take a photo. The water is just all in some kind of starch, it looks disgusting, I was disgusted to go there, although the staff claimed that it was chlorine and everything was absolutely clean. I could not connect to the Wi-Fi, it did not work. Plus the next day the staff called me and asked if it was you who accidentally drank 2 bottles of juice from us and did not pay?). What nonsense and pettiness. I answer you and let everyone see it, my child drank a glass of free water from the filter and that's it! Shame and disgrace for a hotel...
