Pensiunea Konnak — Hotel in Sighetu Marmatiei

We had a nice time in the Konnak villa, enjoying a very spacious room in a nicely architected and equally spacious house, surrounded by a large yard. We found the place to be perfectly clean and well furnished (including a modern shower cabin with massaging jets and ambient lighting).|Since there happened to be a problem with a double booking, the hosts made up for it by offering us a tasty dinner cooked on the spot. The breakfast included was also very good, with lots of choices ranging from delicious local produce to mozzarella and blue cheese.|The villa is located in a quiet area, near a park, a few minutes drive away from the city centre. Es una villa rodeada de una amplia zona ajardinada no muy lejos del centro de la población.||||Nos dieron una habitación muy grande con acceso directo al jardín.||||Preguntamos al responsable cómo llegar al centro para cenar y se ofreció a llevarnos en su coche (y lo hizo). No me había pasado nunca. Fue tremendamente amable.||||El desayuno espectacular. Una gran mesa absolutamente repleta de platos con productos locales (embutidos, quesos, repostería, bollería, …) en su inmensa mayoría elaborados por la propia dueña.
