This property books more rooms than advertised. Very bad management, then they blame it on the guests and on the platforms when it's the personal's job to verify that they haven't given more rooms than booked across all platforms. Staff is very incompetent and arrogant. Bad experie nce, especially when you come for a marriage the day before with children, expecting to be close to the wedding location and they tell you there are no rooms booked for those guests. You also have to argue with them to be taken into consideration and to be given an alternative. There were also very shady people the day after, coming into the hotel. For one of the guests staying at the hotel, they even told they didn't check-in (when in fact they did check-in) and they told us they are going to be charged extra because they didn't check-in. If you can't use all your booking platforms and check all your bookings, please just use one system but don't blame it on the guests.
