Pensiunea Muntele Verde — Hotel in Slănic

The building is relatively new. It is well maintained and clean. The double deluxe room where we stayed was long but narrow, it had a balcony, tv, fridge, a bar(the furniture, not the drinks) and a decorative Himalayan salt element (interesting). We visited at the end of September when temperatures dropped below 15 degC at night, but the heating system was not turned on. We used the AC unit and that was enough to heat the room pretty well. The double deluxe room has an extendable sofa, but it cannot be used if one does not pay for 3 people. The owner said it is a professional HORECA sofa and only the room maiden can extend it :) . They don't provide bed sheets for it if not paid for. The default for this room are 2 ppl and one child. The double bed has 160x200, soo it is pretty big and comfortable. They did provide an extra l Pillow for our kid for free. The restaurant is good, they asked in advance what we would like to eat from their menu, and the food was fresh every time. The dishes were average to good compared to the ones from the restaurants in town, we chose to eat there most of the time. The garden is very big, they have a children playground with a trambuline, swings, kids wooden house etc. They also have fusbal and certified pool table and a football court in the back. The football court is not covered in synthetic grass, it looks like it was... At some point. They also have a swimming pool, but it was closed due to the low temp...

propietate realizata cu bun gust cu un mobilier nou,deosebit,cu saltele de buna calitate si cu mici deficiente (la camera 14 din trei sertare functiona numai unul ,celelalte 2 fiind blocate) daca primiti o camera in locatia pe greenfield respectiv camerele 9-12 nu indrazniti sa va ganditi la wifii ca nu este. la fel si pe terasa ext. a localului . curte interioare frumoasa, bine ingrijita,cu foisoare din pacate caile de acces sunt impanzite de mici trepte de diferite dimensini nesemnalizare corespunzator cu benzi de marcare galben negru ceea ce poate duce la accidente.(au pus un afis pe un format A4 lipit intr-o zona cu proasta vizibilitate pe peretele restaurantului denumit LOBBYBAR) din cand in cand in curtea interioara se simte o duioasa adiere de la fosele aferente locatiei micul dejun cam saracacios prezentat numai in 4 variante a la carte fara nici un fel de modificari de la o zi la alta baza fiind omleta cu mici variati pe aceasi tema daca va cazati in cursul saptamanii cand nu sunt clienti mai bine evitati. deservire rapida ,curata si amabila cu mici exceptii.. piscina din curte ingrijita dar lipsita de o mana curenta la scarile de acces. politica de rezervare execrabila.daca doresti sa stai 4 nopti cum am vrut noi platesti 2 in avans iar cand sosesti ti se solicita plata in avans pentru celelate 2 de parca ai venit scuzati-ma la bordel. nu am mai vazut asa ceva in ziua cand am sosit la ora 16 nu era apa curenta. administratorul d-l Sorin a spus ca este o problema la flotor?ceea ce nu prea cred am intrat in camera pe la ora 20 apa curgea la 21.30 iar nu mai era apa idem la ora 22.23,24,ca dupa aia am adormit anuntand propietarii din Bucuresti de situatia creata. Cam neplacut pt o locatie care se crede de 4 maragrete si o familie care vine de la drum. D-L Sorin administratorul.vizibil deranjat de faptul ca am anuntat situatia creata la propietari.s-a repezit a doua zi la noi informandu-ne ca el nu crede si nu stie nimic de aceasta problema dar fiind in mileniul 3 am aratat filmarea facuta cu telefonul mobil. am solicitat dupa 2 doua zile schimbarea camerei de la 12 care era mica cu acces greoi la baie (usa se deschdea peste vasul wc te dadeai pe langa ea o inchideai si abia aveai apoi acces la chiuveta si vas wc) la camera 9 care parea mai spatioasa. dupa obtinerea aprobarii de la Bucuresti am fost anuntati de onor adm.Sorin ca vine sa ne ajute la bagaje dar ca trebuie sa ne luam cu noi cearsfurile si fetele de perna din cam.12 pentru cealata camera??!!!!!!! asa ceva nu am mai patit pana acum. parca nu ne venea sa credem in 3 ore am plecat din locatie rapot pret conditii mediu raport pret deservire execrabil cu exceptia barului parcare insuficienta in zilele de varf...

I paid for a double bedroom apartment, but I got a bedroom and an extended sofa (the sofa was not comfortable and creaked a lot). The breakfast - that was really disappointing - for 3 paying adults in the apartment and 2 kids (with free sleeping), there was no food included for kids... if you want, you have to pay additional... Day-1 we have some vegetables, eggs, 2 slides of 3cm. wide yellow cheese, 4 pieces salami, 2 slides of some kind ham, 4 tiny pieces sausages and 1 hotel size butter... Day-3 - everything was in half (cheese, ham, sausages) ... And that cost 25 RON or about 5 Euro!! There were 2-3 homeless dogs in the yard, dirty - they are scratching themselves around, also near the tables in the garden. I did not like the fact, that the host leave them hanging in the property.... The noise from the dogs all night - the dogs barks, the cocks are heard to swallow... just is...
