Hotel Restaurant Bulevard Prestige — Hotel in Slatina

For a 3 stars the hotel is absolutely fine. It is nice and clean and the location is good. The room (double) was maybe a bit smaller than expected, but for 1 night and 3 stars can say was fine. Something that could be improved. The reservation was done by somebody what maybe didn't say it's about 2 persons. So it was only 1 set of towels in the room. Went down to the reception and asked for 2 sets of towels, but the lady said the personal is pretty busy and might not have time to bring another set. The answer was a bit strange to me. If she expects the client to pay the price, than should be normal that they ensure the service is in line with the offer. I insisted, and a 2nd set of towels was delivered. That's the reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5....

The Bulevard Prestige is certainly the best hotel in town. It is not new, but it was recently refurbished, and it is a very decent 3-star-hotel (maybe 4 stars according to Romanian standard, but a 3 stars for Western Europe). |The staff is friendly and professional, very pleasant.|It is quiet and I slept well. |Two things need improvement:|- the water temperature in the shower changes from cold to hot unexpectedly, and is difficult to keep under control.|- breakfast is poor: some more fruits, and a better choice of bread would be...

The rooms of this hotel are fine, but outdated. The rooms are big enough and the bed slept well. Ac comes with the room as well as a small fridge and a desk. Toiletries are complementary but it’s just soap and shampoo. WiFi is good and actually pretty fast. The restaurant serves a wide range of food and it tastes good. The employees are nice and will to help! Sometimes it’s a bit hard to communicate but there are a view who speak English, so that’s not an issue.
