Privighetoarea — Hotel in Slobozia

Hi everyone. I booked over the phone for three night, arrived at the hotel and was asked for money immediately. I paid only for two nights and was not sure about the third night. I asked if they could allow me to confirm later I was staying. They said yes but surprize, the room was given without to be asked if I was staying and after two days I was literally asked to leave. I went in the morning to pay for third night, but was told I must leave the room. Breakfast - another scam. They say is 25 lei and you can pay on arrival or in the restaurant. Went for breakfast on first morning , the waitress said she will put 25 lei on the room. However, in 5 minutes the restaurant manager came with a bill for 49 lei commenting that I no longer qualify for the special price room + breakfast since I did not pay on arrival, so the price is like I was given with the bill, 49 lei.

You guys there , good luck with this unfriendly hotel...

Not the kind of hotel I'm used to in Romania. The rooms and food are perfect. But the staff, and communication is a little bit rude. They immidiately wanted us to pay for the room, and we also had to pay for the dinner separately. Instead of just putting everything in one and pay once when you leave.

Maybe they don't trust foreigners they see for the first time. But they could be a little bit...

Cu ocazia unei nunți am făcut rezervare la acest hotel. Nu am citit recenziile, și ma bucur ca nu am făcut o. Camerele f curate, mari, frumos mobilate. Hotelul amenajat cu gust, astfel ca as putea încadra acest hotel la 4 stele, el având doar 3 din câte vad. Nu am mâncat la locație, in schimb am fost serviți atat la Recepție cât și la bar (am luat o cafea dimineața) foarte bine. Mama mea și a uitat încărcătorul telefonului, am sunat la Recepție și au fost atat de amabili sa ni l trimită prin curier, noi fiind din alta localitate. La următoarele evenimente ori ocazii cu siguranța ma voi reîntoarce, și chiar îl voi recomanda pe mai departe cunoscuților. Cu aceasta ocazie urez echipei hotelului mult succes pe mai departe și le mulțumesc ptr servirea...
