Hotel Glaris — Hotel in Târgu Frumos

We are very grateful to this hotel GLARIS and its wonderful administrators. We are refugees from Ukraine. At the beginning of March we arrived to Romania. With three children ... and two cats. Circumstances were such that noone agreed to take us for a night with cats! We were desperate. One night all of us spent in Customs without sleeping. Another night we spent under the sky in a car in the cold. And only these wonderful people from the Glaris Hotel immediately agreed to take us with the cats. In general, their rules forbid animals in the rooms, but for our sake they made an exception. The animals are clean and after two nights without sleep we were in despair. They give us rooms and hot tea. Rooms are very clean. The mountains outside the window are very beautiful! The town of Târgu Frumos is very developed and pleasant. The hotel administrators are very nice guys, with excellent English. ...

We made reservations on booking and at check in they had no rooms available saying they sold our room without notice. They charged our card though. No parking in front in back. We left and issued a complaint on booking for refunding. A horrible experience, avoid this hotel at all...
