Hotel Complex Havana — Hotel in Târgu Ocna

We had stayed at the Hawana place during wedding party from our friends 2 nights 4-6.10.19 there and the temperature in the room it was very cold there,asking member of the staff to give as heater and they said haven’t got one.Also second day over the night it was very cold went again to lady from reception asking again to provide us a heater and the cleaner turn up with one. We’ve setup that inside and after couple hours knocking in our door and asking to bringing back telling us they have to give back from were they take it.😡👎👎

The location is very noisy during the nights is on the main road and the staff laughing on reception in the morning and talking loudly

Also they asking Us to pay 45€ without breakfast on that price and for that we have to pay an additional 10€

No any table on the room and chairs

No shoes in the room available there.

Stayed 3 nights for a wedding, rooms good with air conditioning (though you need to ask for a controller at reception).

Not sure rooms are serviced but then again kept odd late hours due to the wedding so they may have just left us undisturbed.

Room had a fridge but door wouldn't shut so not much use.

Plenty of hot water and free off road parking.

Not all staff speak English but you can mostly get by.

Food in adjoining restaurant average though as a wedding venue they upped their...

Pretty good accommodation. The room is clean and nice but it should have been bigger. There aren't any chairs and armchairs and not enough space for clothes and shoes. Also there isn't a bathtub in the bathroom. You have to go outside the hotel to the restaurant but the food is excellent and the price is very good.
