Hotel Ciao — Hotel in Targu Mures Metropolitan Area

I have booked this hotel just because of my coworkers who anticipated me and booked it before me. It's a place from 70' previous century. No general refurbishment has took place here, I guess. Old and dark rooms ( I've seen two). No AC. At least it did not work in my room. Bad shower cabin and bathroom walls conditions. Only gentleman in reception was able to speak English. Weak wifi connection (very slow). ||Despite above mentioned there was a wide choice of dishes in restaurant menu. I tried mamalyga which was good. We found the room full of dust, double room is very small and the furniture is old and broken, shower and sink were scratched, room has no central light and the existing lighting is very poor, TV is very old model and the remote barely function, hair dryer must be requested at reception, there is no elevator in the building, coffee at breakfast is terrible. Next time i will avoid this...

Accomodation - relatively good (meaning way above average, but still with a lot of potential for improvement).||Maybe the biggest disadvantage is the location - on one of the major roads of the city, which means a lot of traffic and related noise. ||Clean rooms. Good restaurant and very nice personnel.||Worth a second chance....
