Hotel Sandoria — Hotel in Targu Mures Metropolitan Area

We slept for a night at Sandoria Hotel while in the area for Sighisoara Medieval Art Festival.The rooms were of a good size, tastefully designed and clean.We found the room presentation really nice, 4 star standard(by our experience) although the hotel advertises itself as a 3 star one. That's probably because of the bathrooms(just shower) which look to have been done on the cheap.We didn't mind that though.They also have a large parking which is good because this is a hotel where you'll have to arrive by car as it's located on Tirgu Mures outskirts.Overall we were pleased pretty much with everything, including our dinner and breakfast at nearby restaurant.This hotel would probably benefit from joining a brand as there are certain matters which do not seem consistent(certain items too expensive others too cheap).Good choice while the area though.Would definitely...

I was there with a group for a seminar. The hotel is right off the highway and the back faces some hills and pastures. This hotel is rather basic but clean. The room was red - carpet and drapes. The drapes didn't really block the sun in the morning or the lights from the store next door. The bed was hard - not too comfortable. The bathroom was clean but I had to ask for a hair dryer. The shower was small. The breakfast was at the restaurant next door. The food was adequate but the service was rather dower. This was ok for a couple of nights but I wouldn't stay here...

Great hotel, amazing receptionist that spoke excellent English and always willing to help. Sorry I have forgotten your name. She got to swap my ground floor room with not balcony or great view to an amazingly beautiful room with balcony. I will try to get her name tomorrow, cause there nothing like great customer service when you are on your holiday special when I had really bad experience the night before from the last night receptionist.The restaurant its not that exiting cause the service could be better....
