Pensiunea Koronka — Hotel in Targu Mures Metropolitan Area

I start by saying that I do not understand the people who give maximum marks to this pension, while they only write that the beds are uncomfortable. Indeed, the bed mattresses are totally uncomfortable! The biggest problem I discovered is that many people do not look at the general and basic hygiene, I personally think it's the most important thing! ||The cleanliness of the bathroom was completely lacking! What bothered me the most was the fact that I noticed this problem at the reception (I went out in the city for lunch, during which time I called them and asked to clean the room, specifying to do it in the shower). They said it's no problem, they'll take care of it. When we returned from the city (about an hour and a half later) the only change in the room were the clean towels left on the arranged bed. Both! The shower was perfectly dry, no cleaning in the bathroom. The sheets, I don't even know how clean they were ... they looked like that at first.|| I'm sorry I didn't get to pose for the ant colony that attacked an open chocolate and left it on the furniture.||The mosquito nets are completely missing from the windows, we received the room with 5 mpsquitos for which we had to buy a mosquito device.||Another problem that is not mentioned anywhere, is that in the pool there are swimming lessons for children between 09: 30-11: 00 AM, with a teacher who exceeds the decibel decency limit. It's not pleasant at all to serve breakfast on the terrace next to the pool (breakfast is served until 11:00) in the screams of the swimming teacher. At the restaurant I ordered a pork neck and asked to be stingy or something if they don't have a good piece of meat. I received a completely inedible piece of pork neck being full of sinews. I gave it back as I received it…||Wi-fi exists, it is only present, having the camera next to the router in the hallway, however it did not work at all.||The furniture in the room is half new, half old, the staff kind and nice but not enough to compensate with the rest of the more important issues.||The rooms with the view to the mountain, is also the view to the pool (don't forget the swimming lessons!), The rooms at the front, most have a common balcony, where the outdoor air conditioning units (1 unit for 2 rooms), if the neighbor turns on the air conditioning and you want to stay with the door open, it's not possible because all the heat enters in the room!||And the beetle walking quietly around the room on the last day was the icing on the cake. It's still a 3-star pension, maybe I couldn't find them all…||Unfortunately we have not yet reached the level where cleanliness and hygiene do not have to be paid, it should exist at any accommodation regardless of the price.||The good parts: large parking, clean and heated pool, varied menu of the restaurant, the rooms are quite quiet, meaning you do not hear anything from the neighbors...

We recently stayed here, as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) The location was great & not too far from the airport (around 30 mins) There was a shopping mall 5 mins down the road & local supermarkets within the area.

The first day, we had some food at the hotel restaurant. I found the food, personally too salty for me. There was also a slight wait, even though it wasn’t too busy.

We had a small apartment, which consisted of a double bed & fold out sofa bed. My daughter who slept on the fold out, said it was very comfy. The room itself was minimal but tidy and clean. The main bed, wasn’t comfortable at all. Like many previous reviews, the mattress wasn’t comfy at all. Also, the towels that were given- was not sufficient for the number of people in the room. They did however, bring more when we requested.

Lastly, the room could benefit from a kettle for tea and coffee.

Only downside, there was a dog barking it’s head off in the surrounding area. At some points in the night, it was quite relentless. I’m usually quite a deep sleeper & I found it kept me up quite a lot.

Incep prin faptul ca nu inteleg oamenii care dau note maxime acestei pensiuni, in timp ce scriu doar ca paturile sunt incomode. Intr-adevar, saltele patului sunt total incomode! Trecand peste paturi, cea mai mare problema pe care am constatat-o la romani este ca nu se uita la igiena, mie personal minse pare cea mai importanta! Sunt curioasa, la ce se uita ei, oare, cand fac un review unei pensiuni? Curatenia din baie lipsea cu desavarsire! Cel mai tare m-a deranjat faptul ca am sesizat aceasta problema la receptie (am plecat in oras la masa, timp in care i-am sunat si i-am rugat sa se faca curatenie in camera, specificand mai ales in cabina de dus). A spus ca nu este nici o problema, se vor ocupa de asta. Cand ne-am intors de la masa (aproximativ o ora si jumatate mai tarziu) singura schimbare in camera erau prosoapele curate lasate pe patul aranjat. Atat! Cabina de dus era perfect uscata, nici un fel de curatenie in baie. Asternuturile, nici alea nu stiu cat de curate erau...ele asa pareau initial. Imi pare rau ca nu am apucat sa pozez colonia de furnici care a atentat la o ciocolata desfacuta si lasata pe mobila. Plasele de tantari lipsesc in totalitate de la geamuri, am primit camera cu 5 musafiri pt care am fost nevoiti sa cumparam aparat pt tantari. O alta problema care nu este mentionata nicaieri, este ca in piscina se tin cursuri de inot pt copii intre orele 09:30-11:00, cu un profesor care depaseste limita decentei de decibeli. Nu este deloc placut ca intr-o dimineata din concediu sa iti fie acoperita de tipete! Si nici sa servesti micul dejun la terasa de langa piscina (micul dejun se serveste pana la ora 11:00), nu e placut sa iti intre cu noduri printre tipete. La restaurant am comandat o ceafa de porc si am rugat sa fie fara zgarciuri sau altceva in cazul in care nu au o bucata buna de ceafa. Am primit o bucata de ceafa complet necomestibila fiind plina de zgarciuri. Am dat-o inapoi asa cum am primit-o… Wi-fi-ul exista, este doar de prezenta, avand camera langa routerul de pe hol, totusi nu mergea aproape deloc. Mobila din camera este jumatate noua, jumatate veche, personalul amabil si dragut dar nu destul cat sa compenseze cu restul problemelor mai importante. Camerele de pe spate au geamurile spre piscina (nu uitati de cursurile de inot!), camerele de pe fata, majoritatea au un balcon comun, in care se afla unitatile exterioare ale aerelor conditionate (1 unitate pt 2 camere) daca vecinul porneste aerul conditionat si tu vrei sa stai cu usa deschisa, nu se poate pt ca toata caldura intra la tine in camera! Iar gandacul care se plimba linistit prin camera in ultima zi, a fost cireasa de pe tort. Este totusi o pensiune clasificata la 3 stele, poate nu am reusit eu sa le gasesc pe toate... Din pacate inca nu am ajuns la nivelul la care curatenia si igiena nu trebuie platite, ar trebui sa existe la orice cazare indiferent de pret. Partile bune: parcare mare, piscina curata si incalzita, meniu variat al restaurantului, camerele sunt destul de silentioase in sensul ca nu auzi nimic de la vecini...
