Hotel Diamond — Hotel in Teliucu Inferior

Very bad experience. The stuff is not friendly and the place is not clean at all. At the restaurant they brought us plates that they didnt wash before. Moreover, when we called to book one triple room and one double room they said it's fine. I called for the second time just to make sure and they assured me that the booking is for one triple room and one double room. When we arrived, they said that they do not have triple rooms. They did not even apologize for the mistake. More than this, they said that the rooms will be available at 2 p.m. However, at the arrival, we had to wait for one more hour to be able to get in the rooms. I would never recommend this...

The room in the villa was full with spiders and bugs; the tv was broken; the room was cold at night and you coludn't turn up the heat(also : not that we need it but there wasnt any AC). The biggest problem was that in front of the villa, there is a ponton on the lake wich hosted a big party. The walls and windows of the villa couldn't cope with the music and noise - meaning that we couldn't sleep at all. At 00:38 a clock we left and went home. No words to describe how awful it was, worse experience ever.

P.s. when we went to eat in the restaurant, the tables weren't clean! we had to tidy...

Can't lie about short stuff , managing issues , lack of interest in giving the best for their costumers. I truly do not recommend going there with kids , we shortened our stay with 2 days as they didn't clean our room , long waiting for food , missing food on menu ... Bathroom leaking, verry slippery floor , tv not working ... had to clean room myself , same towels for 4 days .... THIS AIN'T 4 STARS HOTEL . considering the view I hope they get back on track and look after...
