Bliss Hotel — Hotel in Tunari

I liked the room I stayed in. It was big and spacious. We stayed there 4 nights. The women that cleaned the room didn’t clean the toilet while we were there. All they did was take out the trash. The towels were changed once. The front desk staff was friendly and that it. There are 2 restaurants at the front of the hotel. One of them had cats sitting on the chair all the time. The food was always late. We have to wait hours for our meals. The woman there tried but service as poor. I hope things...

Amazingly disappointed . We are waiting here for more than 40 minutes . No one at the reception and no one answers the reception phone number . We have an ALREADY paid reservation via Booking and received an email from the hotel just few minutes ago that out reservation is being canceled and we are getting none of our money bag . Extremely unprofessional ... I DO NOT recommend to anyone . You will pay money...
